well, i'm not sure if that's going to work now (for various reasons..). the attacks have eased up but now i can't sleep at all. as if my sleeping habits weren't already in jeopardy.

Trust me kid, it gets worse when you get older. But as long you stay active it's hardly noticeable, and the fact that you stop growing at a certain age helps too.
