A Facebook friend posted yesterday that he was "rewarding" his team at work with Botox, except it wasn't really a reward because he was making them pay.

Here's some background on this dude: he's a partner at a law firm that does real estate closings. All of his posts are self-promoting and generally stuff about his penthouse apartment or his radio appearances.

Don't portray yourself as a big shot and make yourself look good for "rewarding" your employees if you can't afford to PAY for their reward.
