If you liked Stranger Things for its ragtag crew and mystery and monsters and corrupt larger power using cover-ups, you will love The Boroughs.

If you DIDNT like Stranger Things, you will STILL love The Boroughs, because it's the best parts of the early seasons without the mess of the later seasons.

(In fact, you don't even need to compare it to Stranger Things at all, because I didn't until I saw people in the tag doing it. It can wholly stand on its own.)

If you like Spielbergian adventures like E.T. and Super 8, you will love The Boroughs.

If you like Doc Ock from the Toby McGuire Spider-Man films, you will love The Boroughs.

If you like commentary on grief, accepting death, and living your life freely, you will love The Boroughs.

If you like commentary on how the rich hoard resources to further themselves at the cost of others and through unethical means, you will love The Boroughs.

If you like commentary on the way the elderly are abused and are still people with lives and purpose and thought and choices, you will love The Boroughs.

If you like good, concise television with a mystery that wraps up in one season and DOESN'T repeat its plot to you 15 times because it assumes you're on you're phone, you will love The Boroughs.
