Happy Chinese New Year! It’s the Year of the Snake (my dad’s year)!
There are different names of this New Year in different cultures that uses the Lunar calendar. In Korea (my parents native lands) is Seollal 설날!
But at home my parents does call it Chinese New Year in English. 😅
Oof going to need to do a deep clean in this blog…. It needs a revamp

Meeting Spinel and the Diamonds!
So another decade is over, and we are about to start a new year in less than a day. I didn’t know what I should do for the last post of 2019, but then I saw people post art from 2009 to this year. I was able to find some old art to compile my progress over the decade. However, I don’t really have a lot to show before 2015. I mostly drew daydreams and things I was interested in during the late 2000s.
It wasn’t until I went to college where things changed. I improved exponentially from taking art classes in college and after college, and from drawing frequently. I also allowed myself to try to make art into something more than a hobby.
This year my goals are to have a better idea of what I want to do with my art, I want to improve my style, and I would like to find more artists to talk to. I would also like to improve my social media skills 😅. Maybe post more and do some process videos/speed paint. Thank you for following me and my art over the last few years. I hope you guys continue to watch me as I grow into a better artist.
Good luck guys and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
So I downloaded merge dragons awhile ago, mostly to get rid of the ads for it, partly for a time killer and here I am going about my day when this pops up...
And honestly....
The last place I expected to come across rick and morty was in a cash grab mobile game about combining dragons
Digitally drew a cat character I’m working on. Like it so far but I want to play with different color combinations.
Hope you guys had a good Turkey Dinner Holiday!! The busiest holiday season is here so I will mostly work in digital, which involves less clean up and set up. Here is my first attempt on pixel art! Hope you like it!!
I did a screenshot redraw! I love the original sailor moon! This was fun and nice to do :)
Have fun at Galar Region!!!
I can’t believe people are mad about a 16-year-old girl wanting the earth to get better

Not to mention the fact that THERE IS NO ETHICAL CONSUMPTION UNDER CAPITALISM
It doesn’t matter how committed you are to fixing the climate you still have to fuckin eat
Corporations do more harm in one hour than any singular human could do in their whole life.
Reblogging for that last line “Participating in the world as it is does not disqualify you from trying to improve it.”
