I finally got to take some photos with our Great horned owl on the glove! He was the first raptor I ever handled, and I was the second person to ever handle him, so I have such a distinct memory of us both looking at each other warily the first time I had him on-glove, and there was a mutual feeling of “I don’t want any trouble…. .” He’s an amazing program bird!
