i have to take into account the rest of the site! this is pretty simple - i cannot host a website if lawyers are knocking down my door or people are doxxing me about that website. i empathize with this portion of the population - i really do - but empathizing doesn't mean i have the ability to just let whatever on the website, and i need to take the safety of the bulk of the website into account, as well as my ability to continue hosting it, because as lax as my service provider is there are things that they would prefer i not host!
