There's nothing worse then when your littles are sick! To compliment Ryan's cows milk intolerance, we found out the hard way last night that my sweet little peach 🍑 is also Soy Intolerant. Add that to my gluten intolerance and we're not very tolerant people. Luckily eating plant based foods 🌱 means we usually don't come across soy, cows milk or gluten so we should be ok in the future. I was a bit iffy about soy as it was. Its a bit like gluten, where its in EVERYTHING. It's cheap and it's nasty, and the Amazon Rainforest is being deforested at one acre a second due to its crops. 🙅🏽 No thanks.

Not only is this kid ridiculously cute, but the heart he has supersedes everything about him. On the weekend we set him up with a kids iTunes account so he can start texting family via iMessage. In his messages he tells people how much he loves them and misses them and makes their day with his kind words and an open heart. I think we could all learn a thing or two from Corey. Love freely, deeply and without hesitation. Love is the foundation to everything in this world. ❤️

The way Ryan looks at Corey - there is no one who can put a bigger smile on his face. The greatest gift we have been fortunate enough to give Corey is someone who idolises him so much. Also, yes, Corey decided to put his hair in a ponytail. 😂😂😂

Family Hangs at the footy. Our poor little man is so overtired from being out all day that he barely slept last night. I have such an amazing husband who woke up for him all night, and now he's sleeping in while our sweet little peach 🍑 is sleeping in my arms. Perfect Sunday.

HOT TIP 👌🏼 Soak the fresh produce you buy in vinegar diluted with water to kill any bacteria and pesticides which sit on the skin. I want to add a caveat, that you can't completely remove the pesticides, BUT it's better then not doing anything, right?! And no, the veggies and fruit don't taste like vinegar afterwards. xo

So I'm currently watching Cowspiracy, and I was shocked to learn that one hamburger uses 660 gallons of water! This is just insane, and really highlights to me the damage animal agriculture is doing to the environment. If you're interested in learning more about it I definitely recommend watching it.
