My Humor Book is Now FREE
For a limited time, I'm offering my humor ebook for the low, low price of FREE. As one 5-star review put it, "Insightful, self-deprecating and as snarky as they come. You will laugh."
A Little of Me Goes a Long Way on Amazon.
My new humor ebook is out!
My new comedy book, A Little of Me Goes a Long Way, is now available. It features a collection of my tweets, from the profound to the profane, including such topics as: cats, pants, finger puppets, more pants, poor hygiene, self loathing, and finally, pants.
Examples:
"A little of me goes a long way," I told my wife during our honeymoon.
After I wash up in a public restroom, I always open the door with my mouth so I don't get germs on my hands.
I can motivate myself to put on pants or go outside, but not BOTH!
You take my breath away, or that might be the tuberculosis...
Golden Corral: Because you're just not fat enough.
I'm giving everybody lottery tickets for Xmas because I don't like people very much.
I have a big heart, a big morbidly obese heart...
Saw a homeless guy surrounded by books sleeping in the park this morning. Just goes to show what an English degree will get you.
I wish we could stop fixating on race when there's so many other reasons to hate each other.

Here are six ships from the Fighter Wing expansion, Planetary Defense. The Warlock Industry faction is at the top and the Celadon Pirates are on the bottom. They include fighters, heavy fighters, and attack craft. Note, some of this might change of course, but I wanted to show what I've been working on...
I was working on the stats for the ships featured in the Fighter Wing expansion. One of the new factions is called the Celadon Pirates. These "goblins" are associated with the Ougluks, green-skinned slavers I included in my Heroes of the Imperium game. Anyway, I worked on a faction emblem for the Celadons and came up with this. It's not actually celadon-colored because I decided I hate that color. However, I did include the Ougluk logo in the skull to show their association.
Along side working on the Fighter Wing expansion, I've also been playing with the idea of a card game. This is all very preliminary, but here's a sample of what I've done so far. It's all a WIP so any of it may change moving forward, from the way the cards look to their stats. Basically, I've used art assets from my failed board game to create the cards. Any opinions?
Fighter Wing expansion
Sales for Fighter Wing have been doing pretty well so I've been increasing my work on its first expansion, Planetary Defense. At the moment I have 12 brand new ships planned and might include more. The expansion will include ships for the Imperium and Talion planetary defense forces, plus vessels for two new factions: the Celadon Pirates and the Warlock Industries Megacorporation.

Fleets at War: Fighter Wing released
The Imperium Chronicles is happy to announce the release of our newest game, Fleets at War: Fighter Wing. A spin-off of the Fleets of War! wargame, Fighter Wing focuses on the smaller ships of the fleet as they engage in dogfights and acrobatic maneuvers. Features •Five factions: the Imperium, Magna Supremacy, Pirate Clans, Talion Republic, and the K'thonian Void •Multiple variations of craft previously featured in Fleets at War! •Dozens of full-color ship counters + additional counters for missiles & asteroids •35 Stat Cards (one for each ship class/model) •10 Scenarios introducing players to the game On sale now at WarGameVault and DriveThruRPG.
Fighter Wing PDF Nearly Ready
The PDF for Fighter Wing is pretty much done and ready to go. However, I'm going to wait until next weekend (the beginning of May) to publish the game on DriveThruRPG. Also, I'd like to offer the components (counters, etc.) in a printed format and right now I'm waiting for the proof copy to arrive.
In other news, I've been thinking a lot about my board game Heroes of the Imperium. Sales have been severely disappointing except for the free preview (largely because it's free). After Fighter Wing is published, I'll likely discontinue Heroes of the Imperium and try selling some of the components (like the tiles) as stand-alone products. At least that way I might see some return on the work I put into it.
Here's another image I did for Fighter Wing. This one I simply call Asteroid Battle.
Here's the second artwork I've done for Fighter Wing. This one is called Zorya Flight, which (naturally) shows a flight of Talion Zorya fighters in formation w/ one peeling off.
