For the Disney Holos!AU, do you think Disney would want the holos making extra content as YouTubers or something (doing reaction videos, something sillier like a D&D campaign, etc) and do you think some of the villains would have fun with it?? Make their own channels and dive into niches like cooking or sword fighting or chemistry? Also would Disney try to force Heros and Villains from the same films to interact in said content? (I think seeing Hades in a D&D campaign with the princesses would be so funny)

I loved this idea so much that I had just had to answer 😭. There’s actually a couple artists here on Tumblr that have made some pretty funny draw- overs of infamous YouTube thumbnails with the Disney Villains.
- The moment Disney brought the hero’s into reality, they shoved iPads in their hands.
- Elsagate with ACTUAL Elsa!? They’d be rolling in it.
- It definitely was forced, and despite some of the protagonists eventually enjoying making content, it was a learning curve.
- Especially with some of the characters from older properties. Imagine explaining the internet to Snow White, poor girl.
- Of course, Disney has the Princesses have a channel together, with each Princess having their own room personal side channel. Almost like the content houses back in the late 2010’s.
- Ariel does unboxing videos, Cinderella makes “Get ready with me”s, Belle does book reviews on those shitty “YA” romance novels, etc.
- Other protags also make content too, maybe with a little more creative freedom due to their comparative lack of popularity. I could definitely see Milo Thatch making historical video essays, and Tarzan makes weekly videos titled “Monkey Mondays”
-While the more popular characters, like the Princesses, could enjoy making content, Disney stamps out any attempt at creative freedom for them. Every video is scripted, reactions are exaggerated to keep children’s attention, and the non-copyright music is BLARING. The videos feel more akin to those YouTube sponsor sections than actual content.
-The Princesses are increasingly dreading getting in front of the the cameras and light rings.
- Disney tried giving the Villains social media, but immediately confiscated it after 5 minutes.
- As entertaining as it could be, Disney would never allow their brand to be soiled by the less than politically correct media made by the Villains.
- Villains like Ursula, Cruella, and Gothel would try and make Tea videos, but it would eventually become 30 minute long episodes of them body shaming each other and park guests.
- Gaston would make a thinly veiled Andrew Tate ripoff podcast. With himself acting as both host and guest, talking about looksmaxxing and how eating eggs after 11am is gay.
- Honest John would also do unboxing style videos, but filmed on an ancient Blackberry phone and the unboxing is Him and Gideon going through a stolen purse, making exaggerated faces whenever they pull something new out.
- Dr. Facilier making “Summoning demon at 3am 😱😱😱GONE WRONG!!! GONE SEXUAL!?”
- Hans would try and make a genuine content channel, maybe about swordsmanship and top 10 greatest naval battles, but he’d end up deleting it all after Anna and Elsa found it and began a cyber bullying campaign against him.
- As for Villain and Hero collabs, once again, it’d be entertaining, but impossible. Even with threats of outside world privileges being revoked, the Villains would never behave on camera. Especially knowing their being watched by possibly millions of people, they’d either use the videos runtime to plead their case, or try and strangle the Hero’s.
