Today is the last day of May, and May is supposed to be ME/CFS awareness month, and other illnesses iike fibro, EDS, and lupus have awareness days this month, so before May ends I just have one thing to say to spoonies living with and battling these illnesses every day: Do whatever you have to to take care of yourself, because you matter and you are worth it.
