It’s Christmas Day. I’m snuggled up in Olly’s old bedroom at his parents’ house with my little boy. A cosy contact nap. The best. I have a glass of champagne. I’m watching Nativity with one earphone in. I can hear his grandparents arrive downstairs in time for Christmas lunch.

This is the room in which I first told Olly that I loved him. The room where we officially became ‘boyfriend/girlfriend’. The room where his dad walked in on us at an inopportune moment… This room has so many memories. And now I’m here with our little boy that we created.

It’s safe to say, I’m a mess today. I’ve cried so many times. Remy’s first Christmas… words cannot describe this feeling. Bliss.
