Last day of half term for me so back to work Monday pushed myself for a long walk absolutely beautiful but bang bladder decided to need to go unfortunately wasn’t near home so 💧 💧 then gush soggy butt all way home

Round 2 of Botox was Friday gone and althrough still slightly sore I feel ok without any bleeds or side effect I’m still incontieneve which means still padded. This is going to be my life for every 6 months unfortunately won’t stop leaking etc but last pain wise will be better.

Been a tough few weeks the incontience is definitely worsening but this year I’ve learned to 1 love my body 2 love what I wear to protect myself 3 feel good 😊

Another year on I’m still in the same position as last year althroufh the surgery made things worse more pain more incontience but I’ve learned to live life it ain’t stopping me. So basically pad up/ diaper in the bad days and get on ❤️
