Do you also wear plastic pants at night to sleep? If yes, which ones?

I do :) and not just for sleeping in either!

Suprima, Drylife (the ones I’m wearing in the pic) and Vivactive are the brands I use.

I only started to wear plastic pants when my incontinence became so bad that I needed to wear diapers full time.

To me, they are just as important as the diaper itself, and have saved me from a lot of embarrassment/accidents!

What has it been like having to wear 24/7?

Honestly, after being 24/7 for about 6 months now (was more on and off before that) it’s taken some getting used to, but now I accept it and it’s just part of my daily routine now.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a chore at times. Always making sure you have a change with you, wherever you go. The financial burden it can put on you. The occasional nappy rash (ouch!) and constant skincare to name a few.

But honestly, despite all that, going 24/7 was the best decision I made. I always feel protected, and I’m now able to enjoy going out without worrying about accidents. It’s tough at first, but once you accept/decide to wear full time, you adapt and you’ll find ways of changing, finding techniques etc that work for you, and once it becomes a part of your daily routine, you don’t even give it much thought anymore.

That’s just my experience tho :) but bottom line: It’s been a learning experience, and it’s taken time to get used to, but I’m glad I made the leap to 24/7 (even though I needed to!). Hope this helps 😊

I now live with complete bladder and bowel incontinence, so I rely on wearing diapers at all times. In addition, I wear a chastity cage 24/7—currently only the stainless steel version in size XS😍

I’m from Manchester, UK. I’m incontinent due to severe OAB and my AuDHD.

I have to wear diapers 24/7, specifically Tena Ultima or Tena Maxi pull-ups plus plastic pants. Been wearing nappies since 22, but only been public about it pretty recently. Been in pull ups most of my life.

Would love to meet other DLs, or guys living with incontinence :)

(Not much of a AB, but definitely would love to experiment with it more!)
