Here are donation links to help Turkiye!!
AKUT: Akut is a non-governmental organization involving in searching, assisting and rescuing victims. They're very transparent in how they spend the donations, you can donate in so many currencies easily. (I added the link they accept donations in USD and EUR)
AHBAP: Ahbap is a sourcable local voluntary network and is active in affected regions. They rescue and help victims. They're really trustworthy. You can donate in USD, EUR and GBP.
AFAD: Afad is a governmental organization. Turkiye's official disaster and emergency management authority. I would recommend donating to AHBAP and AKUT more, but they're reliable too.
How much you can help?
Well, 1 EUR is 20,14 TRY; 1 USD is 18,82 TRY and 1 GBP is 22,71 TRY. They almost worth the same amount so I'm gonna speak generally.
With only 5 USD, you can donate enough money for:
2 blankets
13 loaves of bread
Almost 40 liters of water
Almost 6 pair of socks
Enough ingredients to cook for 3 days for a family
Almost 2 boxes of pad
A box of diapers
With only 10 USD, you can donate enough money for:
Winter clothes
Boots
2 powerbanks (people need battery so they can ask for help and communicate)
Bus and train tickets (so people can go to safer cities)
Some medical fees (most of them are free, but sometimes we need to pay for xray or medicines)
(I'm not adding so many things to not make this post so long, but the minimum wage in Turkiye is 450 USD, you can guess how much you can help with 50 or 100 USD)
There are so many people affected by earthquakes and with so little money you can make a big difference. You can help people getting shelter, food and things they need.
So please consider donating if you have stable income. Please.
