“Allah says: I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in a gathering, I make mention of him in a gathering better than it. And if he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.”

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Allah laughs for the despair of His servant, as He will soon relieve him.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, does the Lord laugh?” The Prophet said, “Yes.” I said, “We will never be deprived of goodness by a Lord who laughs!”

Reasons why Allah takes away the things we love sometimes:

-It's actually really bad for you and you don't know yet.

-It will take you away from Him and His deen.

-He wants to teach you tawakkul and sabr.

-He wants to show you that you can live without it.

-He wants to teach you the value of something that you take for granted.

-He wants to test you to elevate your status in Jannah.

Not everything you lose is a loss, sometimes it's a huge blessing.🤍
