How to get to Udaipur?

To visit Udaipur, the city is relatively well connected by road, train and air. It is 405 kilometers from Jaipur, 275 kilometers from Jodhpur and 185 kilometers from Mount Abu.

The city's airport is 24 kilometers from the center and has daily flights from cities such as Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur. Another way to visit Udaipur is to reach the city by train as the “Mewar Express” bullet train connecting Udaipur to Delhi, Kota and Mathura was launched. On a night train that departs Delhi at 7:00pm and arrives in Udaipur at 7:15am. There is also a direct connection to Calcutta with the "Ananya Express" train, which crosses all of India from east to west to visit Udaipur. Direct train connections to the south do not yet exist.
