Sunrise + low tide at the Neskowin Ghost Forest. Neskowin, Oregon.
Joanna brought the yoga pose, I brought the always-wanting-to-shoot-in-streets. Renton.
More playing with projectors, this time with Hazel Greene. Portland.
Good news: Marissa and I traveled into the desert a few weeks ago and took some amazing photos.
Bad news: Our overall plans went a little sideways, so our goal to publish our next book is a bit up in the air.
Good news: We have great stuff to share and some cool project ideas up our sleeve(s). Stay tuned.
Mojave Desert.
Mountain view with Persici. Washington.
Another outtake with Persici that somehow wasn't cool enough for our book. Washington.
Last month I spent a day running around in nature with Persici, shooting approximately one billion photos so we could make a book. I am finishing final production and will have information on how you can check it out, but here's a photo that didn't even make the cut. Washington.
Sionna among the sand. Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.
Sunset silhouettes in action with Devi last summer. Rooster Rock.
Streetlights forever, with Sionna. Eugene, Oregon.
Starring "Devi" as "an abstract part of a kitchen." Portland.
Devi was back in town and we experimented by shooting with a projector, and I never want to take portraits any other way ever again. Portland.
Hezzy Tayte as a street zombie. Portland.
Sand candids (sandids?) with Sionna. Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.
I got to take photos of Heather Ashley working in her shop a while ago. She makes all kinds of custom hand-made jewelry, and it was really cool to be able to document the entire process. Check out her work. Portland.
Very proud to be a part of the latest edition of TATA. This is my first time being in a publication like this, and it's such a great collaborative art project to be a part of. It features a lot of very talented artists and you should check it out.
This shot was taken last year when the wonderful Marissa and I teamed up to make my first photobook.
Devi feat. my weird window blinds. Portland.
