The comments on that one Grojband video (it's about the scenes of Trina Riffin going diary throughout the series) always made my blood boil. There were comments sympathizing Trina and being like:

"Corey is a sociopath."

"Kinda messed up that Corey would ruin his sister's life over song lyrics."

"As I got older, I began to understand Trina."

"I feel bad for Trina now."

Um no, have you guys even seen the show? (I'm talking to the people who are sympathetic towards Trina).

Go rewatch the series, see that Trina is constantly trying to sabotage her brother's chances, she even shredded his guitar once and doesn't regret it. To be honest, Trina is the main sociopath in the whole series and not Corey.

Before you guys be like "Why can't Corey write his own lyrics?"

...In person! Yeah, here's my take on Mina's and Carrie's mother - Maryanne, which means 'bitter grace' and suits her pretty well. In my eyes, she's a single woman, who is depressed after her divorce from her husband. She believes she wasn't good enough, so she demands perfection from her daughters.

Despite being scary herself, she is still afraid of Trina, cuz there's no greater horror than her. And since Maryanne works as a lawyer, she has to cover all of her crimes in order to protect herself and her family.

I made this doodle just because I remembered a while ago that I made a story about Grojband as the Gods of Rockolimpo. I did extensive research just to find the perfect roles for each character but in the end I made a combination of all the gods and I pulled some things out of my sleeve fjbfkfk

In case you're wondering, Corey is a fusion of Zeus and Apollo, sort of, which is why I made him the king of Rockolimpo and protector of the earth.

Laney is like Athena, something like that.

In my fanfic, Corey dies and is reborn over and over again for centuries. Laney is always there to welcome him into his next life.
