What is Chakra Balance, and why is it important? An “imbalance” in your Chakras means that some Chakras are over-active, and some are under-active. Many people who are new to the ideas of “Chakra balancing” and “Chakra healing” mistakenly think that means “opening the Chakras”. The Importance of Transcendental Meditation for Personal Balance…

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a technique for avoiding distracting thoughts and promoting a state of relaxed awareness. The late Maharishi Mahesh Yogi derived TM from the ancient Vedic tradition of India. He brought the technique to the U.S. in the 1960s. While meditating, the person practicing TM sits in a comfortable position with eyes closed and silently repeats a mantra. A mantra is a meaningless sound from the Vedic tradition that’s been assigned by a certified instructor. According to supporters of TM, when meditating, the ordinary thinking process is “transcended.” It’s replaced by a state of pure consciousness. In this state, the meditator achieves perfect stillness, rest, stability, order, and a complete absence of mental boundaries. Some studies have found that regular meditation can reduce chronic pain, anxiety, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and the use of health care services. But more study is needed.

Some researchers fault the quality of meditation studies and say meditation is no more effective than health education in addressing most common health problems. Meditation, both TM and other forms, is generally safe for healthy people, and may improve quality of life. But experts agree that meditation shouldn't be used as a single treatment for any particular health condition, or instead of conventional medical care.

Learning and Practicing Transcendental Meditation Transcendental Meditation is not a religion or philosophy. And it does not require any lifestyle changes. But unlike some forms of meditation, TM technique requires a seven-step course of instruction from a certified teacher. A TM teacher presents general information about the technique and its effects during a 60-minute introductory lecture. That’s followed by a second 45-minute lecture in which more specific information is given. People interested in learning the technique then attend a 10- to 15-minute interview and 1 to 2 hours of personal instruction. Following a brief ceremony, they're each given a mantra, which they're supposed to keep confidential. Next come 3 days of checking for correctness with 1 or 2 more hours of instruction. In these sessions, the teacher does the following: - Explains the practice in greater detail - Gives corrections if needed - Provides information about the benefits of regular practice

Over the next several months, the teacher regularly meets with practitioners to ensure correct technique. People practice TM twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes. That usually means once in the morning before breakfast and once in the afternoon before dinner. TM does not require any strenuous effort. Nor does it require concentration, or contemplation. Instead, students are told to breathe normally and focus their attention on the mantra.

A few reports suggest that meditation can cause or worsen symptoms in people with certain psychiatric conditions or produce feelings of disorientation and anxiety. If you have an existing mental condition, consult your doctor before starting TM. Also let your meditation instructor know about your condition.

Indigo Spirit Logic: Ghosts, Angels, Demons & Other Entities... (What happens after death?)

Indigo ‘Spirit’ Logic: 

Yes! The question of the century- and one of my favorites to answer- the infamous- “What happens when we die?” So… Here’s my theory: 

Too many cultures, religions, and too many names- It’s no wonder everybody’s so confused.

If we can ascend, descend, or reincarnate- why then, are there other entities like ghosts, poltergeists, Angels, and Demons?

Simple, they’re all still just spirits… and they were once people too- some want to be, and still can become people again. (through means of reincarnation, possession, invocation… etc.) Throughout history, and in each society we have different classifications of people that are all still just people- Correct? It’s naively human that we continue classifying them after their death… So, How did they become what they are? The same way you became who you are today, and the same way you will dictate what happens to your spirit after this life cycle ends. 

The living people around you, can all be observed. Take a look at them. They are each unique- right? What kinds of things make them unique? (besides the physically obvious) Perhaps their minds? Personalities? Talents? Abilities? Their energy? -and yes, their spirits. Each of these personal ‘astral’ elements is cosmically unique per individual. They originate from our souls. Can they be altered? Yes. They can become fortified, enhanced, empowered, corrupt, purified, and even- divine, and evil. 

Spirits that have ‘passed on’, ‘moved on’, or transcended to another plane- can still be influenced, and can still influence and afflict others on the physical plane- just as easily- if not, easier than some living people. How? Proper energy, invocation, and magical knowledge.

Once a body dies, it’s electromagnetic signature, ‘the soul energy’, or spirit of the individual begins an ascension process. This process instantly has several paths it can take, depending on the lifestyle, circumstance of death, completion of goals, life fulfillment, and energetic nature of the person. It is my belief that when that moment happens- it’s kind of like being born again- you aren’t fully aware of your surroundings, or how to function. Your perception of the living senses you once had may not be the same. The natural-material laws of physics no longer apply, and you enter a higher state of spiritual-mental consciousness. You are guided then, by what you ‘feel’- you are essentially just a clouded, lost, confused jumble of electromagnetic energy. Then your spirit manifests itself again. To physically exists in our world, a soul has to have a vessel or enough energetic power to show itself. Right? We, as people, need material bodies in the physical realm. Spirits do not. Spirits who die prematurely are often angry, confused, hurt, scared, or lost. They usually may not have the energy, closure, or power required for a higher spiritual ascension. They remain trapped, wandering, and lost infinitely in a netherworld plane (some call it ‘limbo’) directly parallel to the ‘living plane.’ Without a physical body they can’t be seen. Their spirit may manifest it’s astral-electromagnetic form to represent the living body it most recently had. (it’s probably because that’s what the spirit recognizes) With enough concentrated energy, or a magic, energetic-invocation a ‘lost-confused’ spirit may show itself as a ghost, or an ‘angry-malicious’ one as a poltergeist. Misguided spirits, can be summoned or ‘called upon’ to assist in guiding them through their ascension process. Likewise, spirits who die with fulfillment, purity, love, and honor are usually complete in their life cycles. Their spirit likely reincarnates to their will, or they ascend quickly, and re-manifest on a higher plane of elevated consciousness. (perhaps ‘Heaven’ or the ‘Summerland’) These types of spirits, are usually guardians, ancestors, nurturers, caregivers, and nature lovers- they utilize their empowered abilities and energies to interact with the living from ‘higher realms’- they protect, positively influence, encourage, and guide spirits they deem worthy. Hence, Angelic or ‘Guardian’ spirits. Evil spirits though, have an aggressive, vengeful, sadistic, manipulative, and hurtful nature. When they die, their spirits descend into lower-darker realms and planes. They revel in the abundantly manifested energies that corrupt and destroy the other astral planes, including our living physical world. Evil, or Demonic spirits are power-hungry fiends (they probably were so in life as well.) They purposely feed off of the energy that stimulates chaos, disorder, and adverse reactions. They need it to leech the residual-afflicted energy off the living, and stay empowered. It feeds them. Demons, and other evil spirits, are usually gloriously empowered, and intelligent-strategic manipulators. Usually the stronger an evil spirit seems to be, they’re more often than not, that much more evil. They usually offer immediate satisfaction for the things you want, and always promote a darker purpose- don’t be fooled. Divine, and holy spirits however, are powerful and purified once ascended. They understand the cosmic nature of  ‘balance.’ They are cleansed spiritually, and are the most prestigious servants of the Lord of our universe.

Regardless of whatever you’d like to call them- the term ‘spirit’ is universal. Understand, and educate others how different types energetic influences work with spirits. Most people have experienced a spiritual encounter in their life in some form or another. Find some solace in the fact that you’re not alone- you’re never alone, and you shouldn’t fear them. You’re powerful, and you still have one thing they don’t anymore- Life.

An Indigo Story of “The Beginning”…

Long before ‘time’ had been established, and anything ‘was’- there were two divine spirits, for arguments’ sake, we'll name them Deus, and Dea. (literal translation to God & Goddess in Latin) These two spirits- Deus being a purely male spirit, and Dea being purely female were totally absolute and divine. They coexisted in perfect harmony and balance encircling each other in an infinite dance of pure, encircling energy (yin & yang). Neither the same, but both still of the same energy. No beginning. No end. Nothing else existed. Nothing else needed to. All they had, and needed, was the ‘feeling’ of each other’s energy and spirit. However, that wasn’t enough for Deus. He needed to feel Dea in a way he hadn’t yet experienced, he needed to physically be with her. He had the power to create matter, and Dea had the power to grant it life. They needed to combine, and fuse their male and female energy and invoke each other’s spirit to create bodies to enter the physical realm. Never having done anything like it before, he excitedly shared his plan with Dea and she agreed. Thus, Deus then descended and manifested his higher-conscious, spirit-self into two lifeless material vessels made of light. Dea, awed by the beauteous glow of the ‘first light,’ excitedly embodied the two vessels Deus had created, and granted them life. Each one was now both male and female spirited -but balanced once again- within the now physical forms they created for each other. Deus was able to finally touch Dea, be with her, and feel her- like never before. Their spirit’s had never physically touched one another. The bodies had ‘physical senses’ and other ‘feelings.’ Until that moment, all was still simple, a pure psychic essence- one universal ‘feeling.’ The instant he touched Dea though- he didn’t just ‘feel’ her… he ‘loved’ her. The creation of love- and an abundance of other ‘physical feelings’- in that instant, created all of the negative opposites too. To balance the greatness and purity of love, the natural karmic law of the cosmos created hate, greed, jealousy, and lust. They were all born in the same moment. As the scales of the ‘divine balance’ instantly shifted, the universe grew darker and colder. A pitch black sheet of infinity enveloped everything. A cosmic blast of energy from the imbalance created in that moment- sent shards of light and matter in every direction of the cosmos annihilating the physical forms of Deus and Dea. With their physical bodies gone- they looked around at the universe they’d created- once again in their higher-conscious, spirit forms. Ashamed, and resentful that he could never admire Dea in such a way again, Deus ascended into a higher form and abandoned her on the universal plane with their ‘natural material creations.’ Dea looked around at the remnants of light and matter. She didn’t see a mess at all… In fact, she admired it’s ornate, and intricate beauty. The universe became her canvas and playground. She formulated her own plan to restore the balance using the beautiful worlds they created. If she could get ‘love’ to outweigh the other negative feelings, and tip the balance back, maybe then, Deus would descend from his higher realm to be with her again. Although she couldn’t exist the way she wanted to in a physical form without his help, she nurtured and grew the creations he had given to her. He continued creating for her from his higher realm- so she could spark her beautiful ‘life’ into each living being. She embodied all her power and energy into the physical realm -and gave life to the planets, stars, and nature across the cosmos. Deus reveled at her work from his higher plane, and admired all of her ‘natural wonders’ -where he still patiently awaits a comfortably restored universal balance, unto which he will once again descend in a physical form. Together, the ‘Lord and Lady of the Universe’ continue their work to maintain a universal balance of oneness within each of us, and every thing. Their energies are still unified and embodied in the material elements that unite one and all- fire, water, air, earth, and spirit. They guide and manage the souls and energies of the universe before and after birth and death. They guide and empower, but you alone control your soul’s fate and energy. Where you ascend, descend, or reincarnate to, is entirely up to you.  

The Lord of the Universe revels at the worlds that respect and honor the spirit of his beautiful Dea, and he annihilates, or destroys the ones that don’t. Deus’s Angels’ advocate his will in lower   realms. Dea- or Mother Nature, as we know her on our world, is dying. We pollute, infect, destroy, and extinguish her life force and energy- faster and faster each year. We need to stop. We need to mend, we need to heal, we need to ‘feel.’ We need to love. We need to do our part to restore her life-light, and our planet’s energetic balance in the universe.

In 1942 the famous scientist Dr. Nikola Tesla said, "If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."

The whole of the Universe is energy and each basic element of the known atomic chart consists of energy at different rates of vibration. The difference between any two elements is the difference in both atomic structure and vibration rates.

There is a frequency or vibration of energy that fills the Universe. This energy is not only beneficial, but also essential to all living cells whether human, plant or animal. Man utilizes this energy with his mind. Every thought is transmitted by this energy. Every aspect of life in the physical depends on this basic energy or power of the Universe. 

Spiritual growth is our only purpose and reason for being alive on earth. Each individual must learn how to utilize this energy for spiritual growth and constructive purposes. Constructive use (positive use) of this energy raises the level of consciousness of man and in turn raises his vibration rate or frequency. Every individual has a different rate of vibration. All of man’s earthly problems are created by his thought projections. What we project from our mind in the form of thoughts, we create and receive. Spiritual growth requires the elimination of all negative thought, which dissipates "the life force" or vital energy.

Every individual, knowingly or otherwise, makes use of this energy. Our bodies use this energy to heal injuries, to reduce stress and fatigue, and to grow both physically and spiritually. Without exception everyone has the ability to attract as much of this Universal energy as the individual’s body and mind require. Unfortunately the seemingly hectic pace of modern life has most of us looking after day to day cares with precious little time to concentrate on attracting sufficient quantities of the vital Universal energy to meet our needs.


Fortunately for millions around the world a gentleman named Ralph Bergstresser had an experience in the 1930s. Ralph was the guest of a maharaja in India. The maharaja had an eight-month-old son that was very sick. Ralph asked his host if he was going to get a doctor. He said, "No, we have sent a man to obtain some holy water from the Ganges River." In three days, the man returned with one gallon of water. They fed the water to the sick child and like magic the child was healed and back to normal. 

After the incident Ralph commented: "To me, a miracle is the inability to understand a scientific fact. How could the water cure the child? That was the problem. It was this incident that triggered my curious mind to find the answer and this led me into the present knowledge."

Ralph’s experience with the maharaja’s son led him to Dr. Nikola Tesla in the early 1940s. Using the insights gained from Dr. Tesla, Ralph spent the next thirty years experimenting with, and finally developing, a technique of using electricity to alter the resonance of certain materials. Over twenty-five years ago Ralph produced his first "Purple Plate."

The energized plates are to help mankind raise his vibrational rate. Says the inventor, Ralph Bergstresser, the positive energy products attract an energy field around themselves capable of penetrating any material substance.

"This energy is very beneficial to all life … plant, animal, or human," he says. Such energy takes different forms. For instance, scientific research tends to support what a great many gardeners already know: that projecting the positive energy of loving thoughts can make plants thrive more vigorously than usual. Another example of positive energy takes place when a mother lays her hands on a child’s injury. Some devotees of Yoga call this "prana," a release of energy, and the pain is relieved. A great many users of the Purple Plates are emphatic that the plates can do the same thing when placed on an injured area of man, plant, or animal. 

Most wear them all the time to raise personal energy levels and protect against electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in the environment, and from EMR-producing equipment, e.g.: computers, TVs, etc. They point out that injuries, a burn for example, involves a sudden change to the normal vibration rate of tissue - with accompanying pain. The theory is that the plates help to quickly return the injured area to its normal rate of vibration, so relieving the pain. Users report that when the plates are placed upon burns, cuts, aches and pains in the human body, healing appears to be accelerated, and the pain lessens or disappears.

Two authors have thought so highly of the efficaciousness of the Purple Plates as to break from their tradition and direct their readers to sources of supply of the plates.

In Beyond Ascension - How To Complete The Seven Levels Of Initiation by Joshua David Stone, Ph.D., when referring to "The Purple Positive Energy Plate" Joshua wrote, "How can you afford not to get one?" He also wrote, "I do not own stock in the company, nor do I know the person who invented them. I am just excited about all the ways this Positive Energy Plate can be used."

Then went on to give address details for obtaining the plates. Where do Indigos come from?

Nobody can define exactly when, but long ago, people decided that because they could “think” it was better. Therefore, they must be “smarter” too. So… they began ‘thinking’ instead of ‘feeling’- big mistake. Our psychic abilities to tap into the collective consciousness grid that exists all around us - just withered away over a short period of time, and faded into lost memories throughout failed generations. That ability still lies dormant within most of us though. You just need to remember how to use it. For some this may take a lot more work and practice, depending on how closed-off you are. Psychic abilities- like other skills and talents- it’s true when they say… “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.”-Some of us are so far lost. Do not let your ego rule you anymore, hold you back, or rely on memories to make decisions. We give our past too much power to mold our futures… why? You control your fate. Take the power away from our egos, and there’s nothing to fear… right? All of the pressing intellect in the world, and media, and publicity makes us feel so disconnected from the spirit worlds and our cosmic energy- it leaves us alone on this physical plane- vulnerable and weak, but entertained, numb, and oblivious. Many people are “feeling” again though- meditating, practicing, and awakening their inner Indigo spark, and re-claiming their rightful places in the collective consciousness grid. We are all capable of harnessing our Indigo power in some way. Our ‘Indigo Generation’ is the salvation of our beautiful planet. Some of us just need to be awakened. This is our time. Our world needs us. The New Age needs us.

Can I awaken my Indigo Power?

Of course you can. We’ve been fooled, drugged, punished, criticized, and denied. Not anymore… We will not conform to the vastly growing, corrupt views of what a “modeled society” should be. Why? It’s all an illusion anyway… Break it. We can see the future, and we know what awaits if we continue this way. We know the teachings, and distractions of today are still useless and irrelevant. So you want to awaken- and know what you can you do differently? Use your untapped reservoir of energy and willpower. Discover your abilities and power. Don’t be one of those that just survives, and dies, never knowing what you’re capable of. Respect yourself, and cleanse and be free of all the harsh chemicals, processed foods, and unnecessary friends, and authorities in your life. Love. Feel, and be loved. Respect nature. Use your senses more wisely… not like you have been, but actually use your mind, and your third eye. Look beyond what you see. Meditate and really see and feel the world around you. Hear. Understanding & Recognizing An Indigo

The purpose of the Indigo…

Indigos bring people closer to their true nature- their “universe-willed nature.” They identify the pure essences of who we are. They unify our hearts, with our minds, and with each other. Many of us believe our minds to be separate from one another- Indigos know this far from true. They understand many of the things we don’t, and act as keys to gateways between realms, and other psychic worlds. Experienced Indigos travel comfortably between planes, during meditation or sleep- and you can’t even tell they’re gone.

Many of our thoughts and feelings aren’t even our own… The truth is, we’ve forgotten what our minds are capable of- and how we’re all consciously and subconsciously connected to each other. We all possess psychic abilities, some of us even intuitively know it’s in there- deep down- and ignore it anyway.

Indigos have usually lived more than this present life, and are aware of it. Their knowledge and magical workings far exceed one lifetime’s worth of experience. They are often characterized as humbled, modest, and wise.
