I make things. Don't know what those things are, but they're things. I'm a creator who has interests in music, art, cgi, writing, and programming, though I'm willing to admit there are people who are probably better at that stuff than me. I also can be silly sometimes, if my description doesn’t show that already.
Over the past few months I started drifting away from social media and talking to online friends for no specific reason. It’s nothing anyone did or anything like that. Just me naturally getting drifted away from being proactive online. Discord DMs have went silent, anything not X has been ignored, and even my art journey stalled because I kept forgetting to draw everyday.
This year I plan to change not only my online presence but also my personal life. And with that comes some changes.
Let’s start with the social media!
For starters, I’m going to try and be more active on all of my accounts old and new. Of course I’m not going to let it consume me. Instead, I’m going to be dividing what gets posted and shared across several platforms. There will be some mirroring, but I’ll try and make each one unique.
X will be exclusively regular posts and comments. Art and photos will not be shared on there due to EditImageGate (yes, I made the term myself) and general lack of reach there due to the algorithm. BlueSky will largely mirror X but will have images shared due to its more artist friendly environment.
Tumblr will be seeing more activity soon with both long-form blog posts and art shared on there. It’ll be my main way to expose my tendency to ramble on and on and on and on and on and- did I mention on? Oh, and also art.
Now YouTube… my channel got hit with the “can’t verify your age” thing, so as of now any chance of me uploading videos on that account is zero. And Mastodon… yeah, still not using it after all this time lol.
However, I decided to branch out to other platforms. These platforms are:
Instagram (currently still trying to get the ropes of it)
Cara (artwork backup if you will)
Right now they’re kinda empty, but I promise for more to come on them.
You may notice Discord is missing from this list. That remains my ultra private account for close friends and servers. I do plan to be more active in the servers, though.
Now for the art journey.
I’m going to try and draw every day I can this year starting today. I’ll post some of these drawings on BlueSky, Tumblr, Cara, and maybe Instagram if I can figure out how to deal with the AI on there. I’m also going to try and properly study how to draw and improve.
I also want to learn more about 3D graphics. It’s been so long since I’ve done anything 3D, but I do want to expand to that horizon. I also want to maybe make some music, but lately music has been hard due to circumstances around noise in the house.
Oh, and I may have a project planned… one you might’ve already gotten a taste of.
Misc.
As for any sort of personal matters, I keep that stuff close to my heart. I will say I heavily suspect (like 90% certain) I’m ADHD. It would explain why I can’t stay focused on anything, why I forget things right after being told to do them, why I drop random topics because my brain went through a thought chain… a bunch. I’m not officially diagnosed, so just know I’m not able to say I am it.
I’ve got a “vision board” I’ve been working on in Freeform to motivate me and plan for things. I’ve got some big plans — personal and beyond — for the year that I don’t wish to expand on here since it’s a “we’ll see” thing.
Now to any old internet friends seeing this, I haven’t forgotten about y’all. I’m going to try and be more connected this year than the end of last. To anyone new reading this… hi.

I apologize to anyone (probably no one lol) who’s been monitoring this blog for a while for being highly inactive here. It’s nothing against Tumblr, I just forgot it existed lol.
Now that I’m back I’m planning on some changes. For starters, this won’t just be one of the places I share art but also a proper blog. I would make two separate ones but I’m pretty sure my mind would explode from managing two. So I’ve got a different solution:
Anything under the “#indigold275 blog” tag will be a regular blog post focused on life, interesting things, and more
Anything under “#indigold275 art” is pure art I’ve made and decided to share
Just use those tags to find anything post-2026.
And to start off the year… let’s just say I’ve got some plans for this year I’ll share when I work them out.
