I never doubted him. Vio is pretentious as hell and a huge ass, but he's got a good head on his shoulders. he would never ACTUALLY betray us.

I think Green is a lot more mysterious than anyone realizes. he's affable and charismatic. his compassion is endless. out of all four of them, he's the one who connects the most with the people of Hyrule. everyone, nobles and commoners alike, adore and admire him.

but nobody really knows who he is. it's easy to pinpoint Red, Blue, and Vio's characteristics because they're so distinct in how they present. but it almost feels like Green is just, well... what you'd expect from the heroic type

I think it's a quiet sacrifice that Green makes. he purposely gives up his sense of unique identity and personhood. he exists for the kingdom as their hero and nothing else

because at the end of the day, all eyes are on him

Characters that are gravely and shamefully convinced that they are dangerous, able to kill, have no control of their power, that would rather die than injure someone close to them. Characters that yell and scream and scramble to back away, throwing their hands up and crying 'Please, stay back, I don't want to hurt you.' Characters that think they are nothing but a loose cannon, a loaded gun, a ticking time bomb.

Vio feels like a manipulator because a lot of the time the way he presents himself isn't how he feels. he's poised and collected. he will tell the world it's because he's in control of his emotions

but it's a lie. to wear his emotions is to expose the most vulnerable sides of him. he's stoic because his emotions are his weakness. Vio knows that his heart fragile, and it's easier to just pretend he doesn't have one

it's why he admires Blue so much. Blue's emotions are his strength. His passions, ideals, and aspirations are all laid out on display front and center. Blue is so unapologetically himself—even if it's painful.

it's something Vio wishes he has the strength to do but he can't. he's too much of a coward
