So I've seen it pointed out here and there: Filip has a cross necklace he basically wears at all times and is often shown very clearly in shots

WHAT IF sram is exploring the religion aspect (which we generally get through Sana and Isak's mom's texts) through Filip? His reaction is clearly not good here with him leaving right away so they're definitely setting something up!

It might just be the "not accepting" side of people but what if there's more reasons?

also last thing but i love how jakov's smile fades slightly when he says "damn. it's really important to you!" bc he realizes that it is. so important to him! and when he says "it's good" he emphasizes it in such a way...he really really wants lovro to believe it and feel it.

Paranoia aside, Iove how lovro is thinking of ivan at 20:15...the exact time he was thinking of him too in nora's room while playing josipa 😂

the way his eyes widen when he recognizes the severity of the situation - that they aren't just fighting like a normal couple - and sees rokos abusive behaviour instantly for what it is

the way he shuts down and freezes when roko yells at him 💔

eva looking at him for help bc she knows roko will only listen if a man tells him to leave (sigh)

despite freezing (probably because this is all to familiar with his parents), he manages to be strong and stand up to roko, protecting nora and in a way, healing his inner child because he's not a kid anymore and proving to himself he is strong enough to stand up to violence (yes this is a headcannon and maybe a stretch its just how i see it)

despite being bad with words, finding the right ones to console nora and advise her to leave roko and not fall into the cycle of abuse

the amount of depth this two minute clip added to his character, on top of focusing on nora and rokos storyline, and depicting how normalized and common abuse can be in balkan relationships - sram you have outdone yourself.

This is the *bottle smash* scene all over again...

In S2, SRAM changed Roko and cut out all of William's toxic tendencies. As a result, we, the fandom started to question why Nora would ever doubt Roko and fall for Sven's trap when he was acting so well. SRAM's plan? Make Roko lose it and go so over the top violent and out of character that we immediately understood Nora's choices to doubt him afterwards.

It's the exact same here.

Nora came back from Amsterdam, claiming Roko was acting cold and we, the fandom, found ourselves wondering how Roko, the guy that had been near perfect in S2, had suddenly started acting cold towards Nora. SRAM's plan to make us understand Nora's pov? Make Roko lose it and go so over the top violent and out of character that we immediately understood Nora's choices to come back and not tell him anything.

Same exact strategy... And it worked.

We can't deny we stand with Nora right now after watching Roko act like this. Guess it's the price to pay for them to have developed him so well but still have chosen to follow this hated plot. But it sure sucks. But the strategy worked
