We are two siblings from Gaza, two dreamers medical students, suppose to be doctors in the near future unless there’s no enough money to pay the university fees, which is 3000 USD$ per year for the one.
And that is the reality, my family has lost there only income, my dad had has construction factory, but it is crushed right now by the Israeli army

Teddy Duchamp headcanon (some of these have to do with the book)
.Just like Chris, Teddy had nightmares about falling from that tree and Chris not catching him.
.Teddy has night terrors due to his father burning his ear. Only his mom and Chris know.
.Teddy looks like the spitting image of his father. A couple of his dad’s army buddies who still hung around Castle Rock when he was a kid pointed it out one day. When he cried about it later that night he couldn’t tell if his tears were of joy because he and his dad had something in common or if they were tears of fear for the same reason.
. Teddy liked to cook. His mother taught him a few simple recipes that he continued to cook well into adulthood.
.Teddy never found out but he had dyslexia.
.Teddy almost burned down the treehouse once when the others were away, there were scortch marks on the table. He never explained how it happened.
. Teddy was crushed when he couldn’t get into the army. It was Chris and Vern who made him feel a bit better about it, Vern cracked cheesy jokes and Chris told Teddy that they would regret turning him down (it was a dramatic,playfully stament but it felt genuine coming from Chris). He was still upset of course but he learned to accept it. (That was the last phone call Teddy and Chris ever had).
. Teddy wasn’t worried about serving a little time in jail, what upset him is when he realized he didn’t have many people he needed to tell. There weren’t many people he could use his ‘one call per day’ privilege on but there was one person he knew would pick up,Vern Tessio.
. Teddy kept the deck of cards him,Vern,Gordie,and Chris use to play with. He later put the deck on Chris’s grave. Teddy felt like it made more sense than putting flowers there.
I have decided to make headcanons for all of the Tree House Gang (Teddy, Vern,Gordie, and Chris). I’m starting with Vern Tessio.
. When Vern had four kids he became the proudest parent ever. He’d put his kids tests on the refrigerator no matter how high or low the grade was.
. Vern wasn’t great in school but he was actually pretty good when it came to history. He always gave Teddy credit, saying it had to with all his ranting about World War Two but in reality, Vern just liked the subject.
. When Teddy was in jail, he used his calls to catch up with Vern. No matter what Vern was doing, he’d stop dead in his tracks to answer it.
. For a good portion of those phone calls, Vern would talk about his wife and kids. He started to worry it was boring Teddy. That was until Teddy interrupted to tell Vern he was proud of him for being such a good dad.
. Once while Billy was beating up Vern, he threatened to go after Gordie,Chris,and Teddy. Vern summoned a rage neither of them knew existed and punched him square in the jaw. Billy never made that threat again.
. As they got older, Billy and Vern made amends. They remained quite petty though. Billy told his nieces and nephews all the embarrassing story’s about Vern that he could think of. To get back at him, Vern told his neice’s all the terrible things Billy did at their age because Vern knew they’d use it against Billy any time they get in trouble.
. The second Vern heard about Chris’s death, he called Gordie. They hadn’t talked in a while but they had a two hour conversation that day. Then Vern called Teddy who didn’t know until he told him. They both agreed that they might’ve been dead if it was’t for Chris.
. Every year on the anniversary of Denny’s death, Vern would go to his grave and put two sets of flowers on it: one to pay respects himself, and one for Gordie so he didn’t have to drive all the way back to Castel Rock. He then started doing that for Chris’s grave with three sets of flowers:one meant to be his,one meant to be Gordie’s, and one meant to be Teddy’s(though sometimes Teddy went with him to place flowers on the grave’s).
So I’m still listening to The Body audio book and I just wanted to sum up how Chris feels about Gordie’s stories:
Gordie: yeah I wrote another story-
Chris: tell it! Pleasepleasepleasepleasetellit!
Gordie: so there’s this town called *random name that mostly likely ends with mane*
Teddy and Vern: oh that’s a strange name-
Chris: shUT UP aLL TOWns SoUNd WiERd! IT’S A GReATe nAMe!
Teddy and Vern:…alright then
Chris: *listens with the intensity of a thousand suns *
In The Body, Chris,Gordie,Vern, and Teddy actually have other friends. It’s seems to be implied that a lot of them love Gordie’s stories. This is what my brain created with this information:
Mr. Lachance*walking into Gordie’s room*: Gordie, stop wasting your time writing-what the hell?!
*almost every boy in the 5th grade in a single file line, with their weekly allowance waiting to get a handwritten copy of Gordie’s latest story*
Chris who is counting money and writing their total profit in a notebook: converse with your son outside of business hours
Hear me out I have Tictok Idea (spoilers for the Harry Potter series)
POV: It’s after the war, Percy and Gorege encounter a boggart that sees Percy first.

Boggart Fred: “Weep for yourself my man, you’ll never be what is in your heart, weep little lion man, you’re not as brave as you were at the start”
Gorge: wha-Percy?
Boggart Fred: “Rate yourself and rake yourself, take all the course you have left”
Percy:I-
Boggart Fred: “and waste it on fixing all the problems that you made in your own head”
Gorge: “it was not your fault”
Percy: but it WAS mine “and it was your hearts on the line, I really f’d it up this time, didn’t I”
I was thinking about Harry Potter and how Ron hated Dean’s football posters because he couldn’t understand how anyone would like football. I just know they would have petty arguments about quitittch and football that would drive Harry,Neville,and Seamus insane. And they found it so stupid because Dean was usually peaceful and the mediator who stopped arguments but he just wouldn’t let this one thing go. Then one time Dean and Ron were actually having a nice,civil conversation about quititch and this happened
Dean: you know what Ron, you were right, quititch is pretty great
Ron: I knew you’d come around!
Dean:*devious smile* yup…
Seamus: Dean please don’t-
Dean:but not as good as football!
Ron: Harry hold me back!
*Minior Spoilers for The Body,I guess?*
So I found The Body audio book on YouTube. I haven’t finished it yet but I’m at the part after Gordie,Chris,Teddy,and Vern run away from the dump and Chris is comforting Teddy. It’s SO SAD! First of all, Teddy doesn’t imdiantly start crying like in the movie. They walk a little bit further and then he just bursts into tears. It’s such a small detail but the fact that he tried to hold his tears in but ended up sobbing just hurts more. Then after Chris comforts him, he calls himself a cry baby. 😥
I think I acidentally started shipping Dunchessio. So here are some headcanons!
. Vern uses some of his allowance to buy glass cleaner because Teddy never cleans his glasses
. Teddy snapped and tried to fight Billy on Vern’s behalf once. It didn’t end well but he tried.
.Vern isn’t as oblivious as people think. He noticed things he just never came to the right conclusion about them. For example, he noticed when Teddy became quiter around him,started making insults that made less sense than usual,and made less eye contact with him. But he came to the conclusion that Teddy was mad at him, which was far from the truth.
. Vern is great at loosing things and terrible at finding them. So most of the time he gives up on looking for things pretty quickly. One of the only exceptions to this is when Teddy lost his dog tags. Vern stayed out as late as he could every day looking for them. Even Teddy lost hope eventually But then after two weeks of looking,Vern finally found them.
. In return, Teddy surprised Vern by finding his jar of pennies. Mrs.Tessio thought she was going crazy because she kept hearing voices under the porch even when Vern was in the house but it was worth it.
. It was actually Vern who taught Teddy how to smoke. Vern didn’t do it but he watched Billy enough times to know how to. Teddy ended up having a coughing fit every time he tried and couldn’t ask Chris because he would’ve given him the extremely hypocritical“don’t do it,it’s a terrible addiction” speech. Then one time Vern caught him trying to smoke in the tree house and even though he thought it was a bad idea he gave him advice.
.Teddy once teased Gordie on how close him and Chris were but Gordie just pointed out that it’s the same for him and Vern. Teddy decided not to make that joke ever again.

Okay hear me out, a Stand By Me fix it fic. Gordie decides he wants to write about finding the dead body so he goes to find Chris. While trying to track him down in the city Chris lives in, he coincidentally bumps into him. Chris was going to get lunch at a fast food restaurant but instead he goes to lunch with Gordie. They decide to go back to Castle Rock and get the gang back together and it helps Girdie with the book. From then on, Chris stops by at Gordie’s house when ever he has free time. He becomes apart of the Lachambers family.
