Where’s his nationwide protests? Where’s his March? When are his 4 funerals with thousands of mourners? Where’s the National outrage that a 5 yr old child was shot point blank in the head for the crime of riding his bike in his neighbors yard? Why hasn’t a single MSM network mentioned his story? Where’s his justice?

It's utterly shameful that people are using this tragedy to push their own agenda. A little boy was shot (for a still unknown reason) by a neighbor. The man was apprehended and charged with murder very quickly. He will stand trial for his crime. This event has absolutely nothing to do with BLM, police brutality, systemic racism and oppression, and yet so many outraged keyboard warriors felt the need to insert his death into these issues. For nothing more than their own desire to feel important. The national outrage is happening, but for all the wrong reasons. Not because a little boy died, but because in his death they see an opportunity to, once again, be the center of attention and become victims themselves. He did not die as a result of police brutality. The perpetrator was not allowed to go free without charges. He is not yet another of thousands killed in this very manner and his death quietly excused by the justice system. Systemic racism did not contribute to his death and the protection of the murderer. Yet, he is being callously shoved into the middle of issues currently at the forefront of national consciousness because God forbid Black Americans are finally being heard and a time for change has come. Many children die as a result of violence, and it's just a blurb on local news. When it's not convenient, these stories pass under the radar. But if they can be exploited in some way, like this tragedy, they become sensational. People should think long and hard about why they're choosing to exploit the death of a child to undercut a movement that is trying to lead positive change in this country.
