brittanee drexel was 17 years old when she went missing after leaving a hotel in myrtle beach on april 25th, 2009.
the story of brittanee drexel is one of those true crime cases that literally rips my heart out. those "friends" that invited her to myrtle beach, did not give a single f about what happened to her. allegedly 2 years ago, jen actually blamed her for her own death claiming that if she didn't take her shorts it would have never happened. jen and alana were completely unapologetic and didn't say a word to brittanee's family about her death still to this day. also if you are the type of person that invites someone to something, just to make them the butt of the joke the whole time and purposely make them feel left out, just go f yourself because you are so shitty, get a life.
i hope that the fbi are closing in on the sex trafficking group they believe took her and disposed of her body when they realized that she was missed and too high profile to hide. i feel so bad for her poor parents, friends, boyfriend, and everyone that loved her for hearing what is believed to have happened to her without having official closure on her case. also the fact that her stepdad, unknowingly met taylor (the main suspect in her case) while handing out flyers asking people if they have seen her and this actual piece of human garbage laughed, crumbled the flyer up and drove off. also the fact that he didn't even know that, that was taylor until the fbi told him is just even more gut wrenching; to know that you were face to face with the person who is strongly believed to have been involved in the horrific murder of your daughter. i can't even fathom. i seriously hope they aren't releasing much news on it because they are getting close to something big. brittanee drexel's story reminds us how important it is as women to help protect one another.
