Pre-lunch/dinner with the man on the first (and cold) afternoon of the year. Yes, the two in the front were both for me. Yes, there was hot chocolate too. Abs are cool, but have you ever tried stuffed crust #pizza? Pizza with stuffed crust (ricotta cheese and mushrooms) topped with anchovies and onions 😍 this pizzeria in Milan is amazing and they're all from Naples
My version of #ragù (or #bolognese as you non-Italians say) made with more than 200g of ground turkey, lots of tomatoes, tomato and basil sauce and konjac noodles (they're called shirataki and they've got a lot of fiber, 16 cals and 2g of carbs). That's what you do when you have no carbs left. It may not look bad, but it's amazing.
Oh pomegranate, how I've missed you! Best snack I could ask for. Then I'll have a lot of ragù (or as you non-Italians say, "bolognese") with some shirataki noodles 💪
