I decided to share my ficlet, here you go! (@celestetcetera).
(Before i put the fic here, you must know that some things might be a bit confusing, but those are my Hyde Iterarion design choices and i will go over them in a follow-up post!).
(Also i might add that Lanyon lives in my iteration because i like his character too much).

It was evening and Lanyon, Doctor Robert Lanyon, was reading, simply a book about plants and whatnot. While, on the other hand, Hyde, THE Edward Hyde, was currently hiding in the shadows cast by the fire, just staring at Lanyon like a prey he was going to devour. Lanyon however, did not notice the change in the shadows in his room.
Hyde's eyes were focused on Lanyon, cold and calculated, what was he doing here again? No idea, but he knew it'd be atleast entertaining for himself if he managed to get the good Doctor's focus away from his book and on Him.
Hyde moved, his grin feral and dangerous. From the shadow he currently occupied to the shadow right behind Lanyon's chair, getting a glimpse of the book he was reading —Boring, Hyde dismissed it— and slowly stepped out of the shadow, not to be heard above the crackling of the fire that cast a warm orange glow everywhere.
Lanyon, who was so deeply concentrated on his book that he didn't hear Hyde step out of the shadows, simply flipped a page and kept reading, a face of utter concentration was to be read on his features. Black rimmed glasses hanging loosely on his nose, almost threatening to fall off.
Hyde, who clearly wanted to get the attention of the other man, leaned closer and whispered "Hello Doctor, reading are we?", his voice deep and rough, laced with sweetness but sounding dangerous, black-tipped claws coming up to rest dangerously on Lanyon's shoulder, almost like a threath, but you never knew with Hyde.
Lanyon froze, his eyes widened and his book dropped to the floor. But didn't dare turn to face him.
Hyde. Oh how could he not have heard him? How many times has Hyde been here without him knowing? That didn't matter right now however, because Hyde, seeing Lanyon's reaction, let his claws press just that bit harder into the fabric of Lanyon's shirt. Lanyon had no overcoat on, why would he? He was inside his own home, but now he was wishing he had kept it on. Because those sharp black tipped claws were not for show.
"Are you going to say anything, Doctor? Or are you just too alarmed to utter anything?" Hyde drawled out, taking his time to slowly circle Lanyon, stopping at his left side, a maniac gleam in his olive green eyes, they seemed to glow, almost.
Lanyon coughed, finally snapping out of his trance as he looked at Hyde –he was shorter, but his prescence seemed to fill the room–. Book dropped to the floor and long forgotten. "When did you get in here? In MY house." When he spoke, it sounded clearer than he felt, accusatory even. Lanyon stared at Hyde, expression bordering on annoyance and terror.
Hyde let his mouth curl into a wide, sharp grin at the sight of Lanyon's face. He looked like he was about to take a bite out of some nice food, but instead of food, it'd be Lanyon.
He slowly released Lanyon's shoulder, noticing how it was trembling slightly, despite the Doctor's attempt to remain calm, Lanyon's body was not quite listening to what his brain told it. Instead, Hyde's hand reached up towards his face and plucked the glasses right of his nose.
"Hmm. Read with these, don't you?" Hyde said, amused and now absentmindedly twirling the glasses around with his right hand.
"Yes." Lanyon gritted out, "And i'd like them back." He added, but making no effort to move from his current position.

Hope you enjoyed! Again, this was just a drabble fic i firstly didn't intend to share, so it's really messy.
This is really just me messing around with how i want them to interact in my iteration.
Okay, to be real, i want to share my writing with all the lovely people on this hellsite.
So i'm asking,
Would anyone even care to read a 593 word ficlet? It's about my own Jekyll and Hyde iteration (Taken inspo from both the original novel, TGS, the Anthony Warlow version of the J&H Musical and mostly my own imagination).
I wrote it at like 2 am yesterday and it's more just me messing around with how i want Lanyon and Hyde to interact in my story, so it's not beta-read (No Beta, we die like Novel Lanyon) and definitely not canon to my story (yet).
----
But i would still like to share my writing, so, all i'm asking is, would anyone read it?
