Shiro rolled his eyes playfully as Keith teased but was happy nonetheless to see that his best friend closed his eyes as he was asked to. Still grinning, he slowly moved his arms and held onto a large gray hippo stuff toy with a big red bow around its neck.

            “Ok smartass, you can open your eyes now.”⌋

‘‘You basically raised me so if anything you’re at least partially to blame for me being a smartass.’‘ He spoke before opening his eyes.

When his eyes fell on the hippo, a smile soon showed on his face. ‘’Can’t believe you remember I like hippos.’’ He snorted and reached out to pull him into a hug. ‘’Thanks Shiro, he’s adorable.’’

Shiro approached Keith with a stuffed hippo behind his back, with a large grin he said happily, "Happy birthday, Keith. Close your eyes, I got something for you. "

''Oh hey Shiro,'' Keith glanced him over. He really didn't expect as many people to remember his birthday, and honestly he had hoped so. It's not that he necessarily hated his birthday but he always felt a little guilty accepting gifts. However, he was well aware that they wanted to get him something.

''Alright, alright, but you know I'm going to see it eventually anyway right?'' He joked, closing his eyes.

Ed felt his eye twitch as the door shut behind him, “…WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!”

Al held his hands up, “Brother, please…” he looked over at Keith, “It’s a bit of a…delicate topic.” he tried, not really sure what else to say about it for the moment, “Um, so you’re lost? Are you just new to the area or trying to find someone?”
