“What kind of infection?” Nour asked, slowly reaching the top of the well and peering around cautiously. A graveyard it seemed, which was something the little beast was deeply familiar with. Although this graveyard looked as unusual as the rest of the world they were in. Pulling themselves up and out, they turned around and offered Zote a hand in getting up out of the hole.

“You sound very brave, going ahead all on your own like that. You must have all kinds of stories about monsters!” The child said.

      “An infection that corrupts your mind. It takes over and you become nothing more than a tool to harm others. It’s sad when loved ones turn and you must kill them...” Not that he experienced that himself, but he’s heard from others of that happening. He does pity them.

    When reaching the top, he saw the hand. Of course he could get out on his own, but he knew it was a kind gesture. Zote decided to ease up on the other and took the offered hand and got himself up and out.

     “Ah yes there are many tales of me going against different creatures. Humans tend to be the main foes when venturing to other worlds,” Zote said as he began to head towards the town. “Humans fear what they do not know. So they tend to attack us all when seeing up. I am able to make them flee with my Life Ender of course.”

“We can talk more about this later.”, Ornstein whispered before the door opened and they entered. Ornstein followed Sheo and sat down one of the pillows. In his armour it didn’t change much, but it was still nice not having to sit on the ground. “I used to be a knight in a land far away of here.”, Ornstein spoke. “We used many weapons to defend our land. Swords, bows, halberds, maces, spears.” He presented his own spear. “But I have never heard of a weapon called the nail. I am interested in how it is used and in the history of it.”

      Sheo watched the other and took a curious glance at the spear. “Ah, some of the weapons you have listed I know of. Though the bow is foreign to me,” he replied. “Lances, Needles, Nails, Maces, we have those here. Along with clubs. Nails are simply just sharp blades. Though with it’s light weight, when hitting something, it can cause a bounce back. So one can typically strike an enemy downwards and then get knocked back into the air and repeat the attack. Nails can also be upgraded and forged to be better, which is what the NailSmith does. His master piece his the Pure Nail, though the one that possesses that is lil’ Ghost.”

      “Clubs would be another weapon you may be of interest. Clubs are usually the remains of beasts of this land. Such as a giant tooth from a massive creature. They’re slow, but deal a load of damage.”

oh, now he done went and done it. getting her to talk about games is easily a way to get her to open up quicker.

oh … a hero name. he sounds like he has something against them. maybe it’s best that she keeps that under wraps for now … she doesn’t want to mess up potentially gaining a friend. she doesn’t have many of those.

     ❝ shigs it is then. we should play somethin’ together sometime. ❞    

    “I hope there’s some good multi player for it. I know with the 3DS one there was some little mini games with it. If I remember right. I really hope they have those little gyriods and put them all over my house. I don’t recall New Leaf having those....” But then again, it’s been a while since he’s played that one.

     From what he noted, she was no one he recognized, so she couldn’t be a big time pro hero. He noted her off as being another citizen. 

      “I wouldn’t mind that. I can always use some gaming buddies. I tend to not mingle with people. I’m just out here at the mall to clear my head. It’s gotten noisy at my little club and I don’t feel like going to my house just yet...”

     Shigaraki took out his phone, though he held it oddly with his pinkies out. “Mind if I take your number, so we can exchange information more easily and play?”

“Soldan Aquria, I’m often walkin’ around alone to clear my head a bit. Large crowdss bother me, and I have wayss of being udetected. Nice ‘ta meet you, Shigs.” Smiling, but hard to notice under the mask-worn just part of her outfit in a casual manner. “I go to the local mall to sshop, but I’m skiddissh when approached without warning…I end up baring my teeth.”

      “Yeah I often do the same. I don’t mind crowds, but I don’t prefer them... People annoy me and rub me the wrong way. I just came down into the mall to pick up a game. SOMEONE did something to my original and so I had to pick up a new copy,” he grumbled.

     “I won’t lie, I get a bit anxious when someone randomly approaches me.”

she hates waiting too. the wait is killing her, actually. but she’ll get over it. she slouches forward, scratching the back of her head.

      “Oh I am very much looking forward to Animal Crossing as well. I just forgot to list it,” he admitted. “Also looking forward to the next fighter pack for Smash Brothers. I am glad for Animal Crossing they have taken their time with it. Hope it’s good.”

     He hated waiting, but he knew if a game was rushed out, it wouldn’t be a good game nor worth any waiting time or money.

     “Dove? I don’t suppose that’s a hero name or anything. Never heard of it. My friends just call me Shigs,” he replied, refusing to give out his real name. He tried to keep a low profile when living like anyone else.

a small sigh. oh well. at least he liked games too! that’s nice to know.  it makes it easier for her to talk to him, in a way.

      “There’s.. a lot of good games coming out in a few months. The Final Fantasy remake, DOOM, Ori, Half Life... and that’s just naming a few. I hate waiting for ‘em, but I suppose it’s fine if the game is good,” he said with a sigh.

     The villain slid his hands into his jacket pockets. “What’s your name anyways? Seems you’re a gamer. I can at least tolerate fellow gamers easier.”
