Strength isn’t becoming hardened by the storm… it’s in walking through it and remaining yourself. And when the storm finally does pass, and it will, you will realize something quietly powerful.
You didn’t have to lose yourself to survive it. You endured it, you outlasted it, and you walked through the darkness without letting it define you.
And that is always where real strength lives… in resilience - the refusal to break and to keep standing.
