Adorable companions - This is a quote from Steven Moffat when he was asked about Clara and Twelve’s relationship heading into series 9.

“He still adores Clara as much as he ever did…if not MORE”

This is from the creator of the Eleventh Doctor, the Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald. I would think that If anyone could define the feelings of the Doctor for his “impossible girl”, it would be the showrunner and head writer of Doctor Who.
