Most of the time we go through heartbreaks is because we attempt to fight until the end of our fight. The fight was over long ago. It is difficult to accept loss. The pain from it is often unbearable, or intolerable for an extended period of time. We can't just accept loss; so it is difficult to get to the "grieving" psychological state. We do not want to accept it. And before grief, acceptance must come. Our hearbreaks lead us to do terrible things like degrading the character of others, physical damage, hatred toward others, and nurture low self-esteem in ourselves (there are many others on this list). But I would like to say that if you take the "moments" to give your pains, your sadness, your hatred, yourself unto The Higher Authority you may believe created you, it just may be very possible that you will get a response of help in your time of need. The pressure is real. Noone can deal with such extremities alone. When noone seems to be there to understand you, "exert" your patience with force. Your time will come.
