Oh this is a common scam I find at work. Any file that:
isn't jpg, jpeg, pdf, or png
Is a file extension you don't recognise (this one is a visual basic file, used for scripting, but others like exe or bat are used)
has a very low or unexpected file size (this one's is less than 1KB, or 0.001MB, a good reference should be at least 500KB)
Is likely a scam. Stay safe kids.

He ran away from his parents house and ended up living out of his car because he didn't have too much of a back up plan.
Grew his hair out at one point to look cool and got bullied for "looking like a girl" so now anything feminine bothers him, which is why I think he bullies Gangle and Ragatha the most, especially Gangle.
Possibly even his parents bugging him about not being masculine enough.
Worked a fast food job trying to get by, that’s why he hated the spudsys adventure so much, it was way too human for him.
Diagnosed BPD, ADHD, and NPD his parents treated him like a freak for.
His favorite color is pink, will never admit that.
Ribbit was the first person he trusted and it scared him so he pushed her away and said something really bad that made her abstract
He wishes he would abstract
He told Pomni "I'd get over it and forget all about you" because he still can't get over Ribbit and Kaufmo no matter how much he tries
Also I took him staring at that photo as him not being over Kaufmo too, he saw them both in his hallucination I don't think he only was distraught over Ribbit.
He pressed the button because he didn’t want to go back to reality, a reality where nobody pays attention to him, nobody hears him, everybody HATES him. And yes everyone in the circus doesn’t like him, but I feel he makes it that way because he’s not used to anything else. He was taught by life that having friends makes it easier for them to stab you in the back. So he makes them or pushes them away before they get the satisfaction.
