Growing up i was always advised to marry a lighter skinned man so that my future kids are born “beautiful” with so called “good” hair as if being dark skinned is a life sentence and passing down your beauty is a crime. My dark skin is nothing to be ashamed of, i am beautiful as God made me and so is my son. @juhaamubayiwa
