@tuskforcearts Tagged me for some questions, so here are my answers!
1. What book/movie/videogame scared you the most?
Amnesia the Dark Descent kinda messed me up. Terrifying aesthetic and the helplessness you feel playing it. Yeah that’s a scary one.
2. Your most loved and hated fictional character.
There are so many amazing characters out there, it’d be hard to pick just one. I suppose my favorite all around character is maybe Kerrigan from the Green Rider series and my least favorite is probably Minfilia from FFXIV.
3. A thing you consider essential in your life.
I’d like to imagine I can drop all my worldly possessions at the drop of a hat. And not to sound corny, but the most important thing in my life would be my friends and loved ones. Love people, use things, not the other way around.
4. If you could have any skill (not superpower), what skill will be?
If I could gain any skill over night I might pick blacksmithing or carpentry. I’ve always been envious of those who can make practical art.
5. Favourite book/movie/videogame of all times.
Talking to Dragons was my first favorite book, and has defended it’s position quite well. Favorite movie is Mad Max Fury Road and my favorite game is Monster Hunter.
6.Something you will recommend to others.
Less is more, spend less on things and more on experiences. Spend time with friends, goto museums, learn and enrich. Stuff just bogs you down.
7.Something you won’t recommend to others.
Getting a job you have no interest in just because it’s practical. I have a good job and a good degree, but I hate every day at work because I have no interest in it. If I could go back in time to tell myself to never walk this path, I may infact do just that.
8. Cats or dogs?
Both and equal probably, however my lifestyle makes cats a more practical decision.
9. Something you consider kitsch but you love it.
Dad jokes? In all seriousness I love folk music too, music with cultural and historic significance to groups of people really catches my interest.
10. A horror film that made you laugh.
I’ll go with the Village. Mostly made me laugh that it had the worst ending ever, which made the rest of the movie feel like a terrible vessel made to specifically allow the shitty end to make sense.
11. If any fantastic creature were real, what do you prefer and why?
I love me some gargoyles, their historic and cultural importance gives them a very real history to begin with. I also enjoy Quetzalcoatl, important, beautiful, and feathery!
