I saw a floorplan on pinterest that I thought was neat even if it was AI and wanted to copy one of its features: the sun corridor/sitting area. So....the original plan was to make it a cabin and that just wasn't happening. I moved it like 4 times but I think I got it mostly settled in newcrest though aesthetically, I think it goes better in Granite Falls.

my magnum opus, a million dollar mega estate based off a house i saw on pinterest [and the lot name is the real name of the estate] and on the biggest lot.

So a lot that I have a sims gallery cc free version here but I actually wanted to furnish it thus we have this.

Notes about this

This is on a smaller lot than it should be so I suggest plopping it on a wider lot, ideally in sulani, because it is giving florida vibes and that's the closest we will get for now.

The kitchen angle can be removed and replaced with a proper corner. Just following the original floor plan.

This has all the cc included but you don't have to use it BUT I do recommend if you place this unfurnished, still use the siding I used. It is the closest match I have to the original house plan. Otherwise the green used in the gallery version is fine. The point is for it to be BRIGHT.

I never paywall my stuff and the cc may include paywalled things. I don't pay for paywalled content. If you paid for this, you have been scammed.

NordPoint Mall

A half-finished shopping mall inspired by the Malls I grew up with in Atlanta and a little bit of Ponce City Market. First floor is all stores while the top floor is residential.

Lot Size: 50x40 [707 MB filesize with CC]

Stores: 4 Anchor businesses of a Cat Cafe, a [unfinished] Diner, an Arcade and a Movie Theater with 3 smaller stores which are a manga store, a music store and a general clothing/shoe store.

Notes

Top floor is unfinished as is the diner [since i couldn't figured out how to make it play-viable.] and you can make the top floor another store or other community lots if you don't feel like making it a residential.

Almost all the cars in the parking lot are CC but one is a sized up toy car. Have fun guessing which.

PLACE WITH MOVE OBJECTS ON. A lot of things are alt placed or squished into the walls.

I tried to leave space in everything for gameplay and pathing so sims can at least walk around but I am generous with my spacing since I do not do gameplay so scooch closer if that works for you.

I have not tested the arcade games so idk if they work. The one from Get Together does.

Based on this house plan I found on Pinterest. I made this house. A little modified to be viable for gameplay [though i didn't add much in the way of skill building oops] and not having Pathing issues.

3 floors, 3 bedrooms - well two bedrooms and a nursery - two bathrooms and a backyards deck and a garage and laundry room.

Just under 100k furnished and on the 20x15 lot in Newcrest.

Just an old reupload of a Sim I made in 2022. I think I made a video of me outfitting her yonks ago but I can't find it and lowkey don't want to. I opened it recently and it still works. The makeup is a bit outdated but that's fine.
