Luke signed to me one-handed, 'See why I brought you along last time?' I signed back. 'You never taught him sign language?' Gabriel grunted, impatient. Luke grinned. 'We should pretend we’re talking about him.' 'Stop talking about me,' Gabriel whisper-whined.

I give you a pretty haircut and paint some stars and do all this shit for you. ‘Hey Trouble, come on and let me save you.’ ‘No, Meanie, I’m gonna stay here.’ How the hell did you talk me into this?

Blood can make a bond stronger, but it doesn’t make the bond.

Trouble, I love you and everything, but shut the f*** up and go back to sleep.

It's like the world fell asleep, and all you can hear is its breathing.

Sang-whatever-your-middle-name-is-Sorenson. Are you trying to fix me?
Drop of Doubt, by C.L. Stone
Yes. Yes she is, Sean.
That girl has the power to make us all crash and burn. Everything that we've established, all the things that we've done, and it can be over in just a moment because of her.
Friends vs Family, by C.L. Stone
When a character has no idea they’re ruining everything. Way to go Sang.
The Ghost Bird Crew at a Pool Party
Luke and Gabriel are chasing Sang, throwing her into the pool when they catch her and helping her do cool flips. North yells at them from the side of the pool, telling Gabe and Luke to be careful with Sang, causing them all to laugh. Kota and Victor watch the scene from the pool as they race Nathan and Silas.
Sitting by the pool in a chair wearing a suit and tie, Owen Blackbourne watches on with an air of disinterest. Sean sits next to him, cracking jokes and making fun of him every chance he gets, while Owen makes the occasional dry remark, not only completely roasting his friend every time but still looking unamused while doing so. He secretly loves it.
If your favorite characters were at a pool party what would they be doing?
He made me quit smoking. I made him eat a candybar.
The Other Side of Envy, by C.L. Stone
I can’t help but love Sean(the speaker) and Owen’s dynamic. Sean is such a playful, rebellious, care-free, flirty character. Owen is the definition of stuffy. He wears a suit at nineteen, doesn’t smile, doesn’t joke, he’s focused, mature... Owen and Sean balance each other out pretty well, in the same way that North and Luke(refer to my first writing prompt for an example) do.
I just love this series.
Blue... my absolute favorite color. This is probably the best character aesthetic I’ve ever made.
Buy her a f***ing new wardrobe and she wears my clothes.

Gabriel Coleman- the only boy on the planet who will complain about the girl he likes wearing his clothes. He’s just salty it doesn’t fit her.
Will you buckle in? It's bad enough we kidnapped you.
Introductions, by C.L. Stone
'God damn shit,' Gabriel grumbled, marching into Kota's room and down the stairs. 'Gabriel, don't wash her hair. Gabriel, change the motherfucking formula. Gabriel, cut off your own ear and eat it.' There was more but he'd wandered off into the house and it was lost.

Fangirl Problem #1
Have you ever heard someone say a word used often in a series and thought you had found a fellow fangirl?
That happened to me earlier this week. I was working on an assignment in my Language Arts class when I heard someone talking about their baby sister’s nickname, ‘little bird’. Instantly my mind flashed to Ghost Bird, since the characters refer to girls as birds. The disappointment was intense when I realized my classmate hadn’t even heard of the series. *sigh*
Come on, Trouble. Let’s go before you start farting bunnies and rainbows or some shit.
