17 GOING ON 22
WHEN YOU ARE 17 BUT FEELING 22 BEACUSE OF TAYLOR!!!!
WHAT TO DO IF YOU CANâT FALL ASLEEP AT NIGHT?(due to overthinking)
hey,
how are you? I hope good, awesome, amazing, if not trust me you will be, btw I am listening to Miley Cyrus her voice is beautiful and so powerful. yes? maybe? guess I will never know. Is someone even reading this? whatever lets get started.
So.. it has happened more than a hundred times that I get so anxious thinking about my future at night that I am having an exam the next day and I cant sleep. I guess it happens with you too yes Luna yes that's why they are here. so without wasting any time lets get started-
1) SPILL IT OUT ON PAPER
This is the best and I mean the best advice I can give to you cause it helps me every time like literally every time I cant sleep I just take my notebook my pen and start writing why I am stressed out and what's troubling me and make sure to write a note in the end by writing something that gives me hope that everything will be fine and stuff like that.
2) DEEP BREATHEÂ
I was going to write meditation but since its night and you must be already in your bed it must be difficult for lazy people like me so its much more easier to take deep breaths and focus on your breathing its important to focus because it diverts your mind from the topic and helps you to sleep faster.
3) TALK TO YOURSELFÂ
If you cant write it down its better to talk to yourself and tell yourself that you're just overthinking and everything will be okay tomorrow, you will find a solution tomorrow but right now you really need to escape reality and dream sweet.

HOW I STOPPED CARING WHAT OTHERS THINK OF ME
HEY GUYS!
How are you doing? I hope more than good if not you will get there eventually. so I am listening to end game by Taylor Swift isn't it such a cool song?Â
I have throughout my life been kind of a people pleaser and basically all of my decisions were based on what people will think. Every time I used to fumble my words during a class speech or say something stupid or even say a grammatically incorrect sentence it used to trouble me for about at least a week.
But recently Iâve realized somethings and have started care less about what they are thinkin because, well I guess reaching to care nothing at all is still very far. HERE ARE SOMETHINGS THAT HELPED ME-
1) REALISING NO ONE ACTUALLY CARES
Well I know this isn't something new but this thing has really helped me. Realizing that people are too busy with their own problems and too busy to judge me cause basically they don't care at all. Telling this to myself have helped to reduce my stress and overthinking about others.
2) WOULD IT MATTER AT THE END OF MY LIFE
When I think about it that way that at the end of my life would it actually matter what others thought of me, its a no brainer of course! lets think it that way I don't want to have regrets at the end of my life of all the opportunities I gave up which couldâve been the best experiences of my life because I thought about the thinking of others.
3) STOP PLEASING
The basic reason why we care of what others think is because we want to please people but when we stop pleasing the ones who don't even have an important place in our lives we eventually stop caring about others .

4) REALISE IT AINâT GONNA LAST LONG
 Realizing that sadness is just a part of your life and nothings gonna last forever is gonna help. Be hopeful that better days are gonna come.
5) COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Counting your blessings helps in many ways. Being grateful for what you have and complaining less makes you feel good. Be grateful for roof on top your head, food, family , health and everything in between.
6) EAT DARK CHOCOLATEÂ
Eating dark chocolate will help increasing your dopamine level which can also help to better your mood also it has less calories so wonât need to worry about weight but try preventing emotional eating and overeating.
I REALLY HOPE THESE THINGS HELP IF THEY DID DO LET ME KNOW.

HOW I LOST WEIGHT 20 KGS(PART2)
HEY!
Guess whose back and not better than ever, really I gained 2 kg ugh.. again have to through that shit OF LOSING WEIGHT (are we allowed to say that word?) So for a change I ainât listening to any songs but am watching a TV show right now..
so lets get back to the topic tips to loose weight -
1) DRINK WATERÂ
So personally, drinking water has really helped me mostly caused it filled my stomach and I did not craved eating much. Also water is really good for your skin and body as general i mean it ainât anything new I guess..?
2) EATING EARLYÂ
Eating 3 hours before bed time is really beneficial because it gives your body time to digest before going to bed and also as i used to eat my breakfast a little late so I was also kind of doing intermediate fasting which according to me does helps in weight loss.\
3) HAVE PATIENCE
This is the most and I mean the most of the most important things cause there are no shortcuts and I mean it .There were a lot of times when i thought it was not worth it and all my hard work is going in vain but I didn't give up and had patience so you need to-

1) MUSIC
I promise you listening to music any kind you like will always make you feel better may it be pop, folk, country, rock or just some peaceful melodies. Music is a just a way to tell you that you're not alone and music will always be there for you.
2) WRITE/TALKÂ
I have always emphasized on writing diaries, journals etc. not just because you are feeling sad but as a daily habit to better your mental health, it always help. Talking also helps to lighten your burden and better your mood, if you don't have anyone to talk to ( then you are my soulmate,đ )Â talk to the moon, trust me itâs tried and tested.
3) WORK OUTÂ
Its not necessary to do cardio or heavy workouts, just a 20 minute walk with just you and peace can also help. Working out increases dopamine's levels and makes you feel better if you put it scientifically.

HEY,
How are you, I hope you all are doing good btw i am listening to De Ja Vu by Olivia Rodrigo, tell me once again that she's just a year older than me and I will be so jealous god... i am doing nothing with my life. well the irony is I am going to talk about 5 ways to love yourself today. LOL!
DISCLAIMER: its tried and tested by me but i am still learning to love myself
1) DONT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS
Although its really difficult to do that and I still compare myself with others I realized that when I don't its much better I feel good about myself cause there's no one better than me but me from the person I was some months ago, I feel proud of myself and I bet you will too cause everyone's unique in their own way.
2) COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS BY DOING GRATITUDE
Gratitude is one of the best practices that I have inculcated in my life it makes me feel so blessed that I eat what I love, have a family ,a roof, i smile everyday, have music in my life. There are so many things in your life you can be grateful for and once you start practicing gratitude you're giving the message of gratefulness to universe and thus universe will give you more like seriously its tried and tested and proved( in my case).
3) CUT OFF TOXIC PEOPLE
The basic definition of toxic propel according to me are the ones who put you down, don't make you feel good , they don't appreciate you and make you feel that you are less than everyone which I bet you aren't trust me cause I love you! .
to do task for you all-Â HAVE A ROOM CONCERT
So its really simple its just you, your room, closed curtains and Taylor swift I mean your favorite artist and his/ her songs or just a really cool play list that makes you feel on cloud 9 and makes you dance to your own beat. trust me dancing to your favorite songs at night and dancing like no one watching is the best feeling ever!Â
