I am not a fan of rap, but the lyrics actually spoke to me.

how are you? I hope good, awesome, amazing, if not trust me you will be, btw I am listening to Miley Cyrus her voice is beautiful and so powerful. yes? maybe? guess I will never know. Is someone even reading this? whatever lets get started.
So.. it has happened more than a hundred times that I get so anxious thinking about my future at night that I am having an exam the next day and I cant sleep. I guess it happens with you too yes Luna yes that's why they are here. so without wasting any time lets get started-
1) SPILL IT OUT ON PAPER
This is the best and I mean the best advice I can give to you cause it helps me every time like literally every time I cant sleep I just take my notebook my pen and start writing why I am stressed out and what's troubling me and make sure to write a note in the end by writing something that gives me hope that everything will be fine and stuff like that.
2) DEEP BREATHE
I was going to write meditation but since its night and you must be already in your bed it must be difficult for lazy people like me so its much more easier to take deep breaths and focus on your breathing its important to focus because it diverts your mind from the topic and helps you to sleep faster.
3) TALK TO YOURSELF
If you cant write it down its better to talk to yourself and tell yourself that you're just overthinking and everything will be okay tomorrow, you will find a solution tomorrow but right now you really need to escape reality and dream sweet.

Have you been to a situation that everything is okay then suddenly there's a tears fell from your eyes. yeah, that's what happened to me today. then suddenly I started to think about what will happen to me in the future? honestly, idk. I guess I was just sad and overthinking. oh well I hope tomorrow will be a better day.
