sério, eu cansei e tenho que alertar tanto as pessoas que fazem os edits quanto as que pedem.

isso não é de hoje e eu acabei de ver acontecer mais uma vez. existem várias pessoas que pedem edits específicos na ask, certo?? isso não é ruim. na verdade, é o contrário: eu, por exemplo, adoro receber pedidos. o que realmente é desgastante é o fato de você gastar o seu tempo encontrando imagens, fazendo o edit, colocando psd/filtro, etc etc. para no fim não ter um único like ou reblog ou, pior ainda, a pessoa ir pedir a mesma coisa em outro tumblr.

além de ser uma baita falta de respeito, é muito maçante. não vejam isso como ambição, de sempre querer mais e mais fama. na realidade, nós queremos apenas reconhecimento pelo nosso trabalho. a maioria das pessoas fazem seus icons com tanto carinho, pensando em se empenhar cada vez mais para com o seu tumblr e simplesmente são ignoradas. às vezes, eu mesma curto um post pensando em encontrá-lo mais tarde para usar o icon/header/lock/moodboard e não consigo achar de tantos posts que eu curto. eu faço isso porque sei que não perderei nada apoiando os outros.

em relação ao pedido que a pessoa faz em outro tumblr: por favor, se valorize. se você fez aquele edit e viu que ele foi ignorado, não realize mais pedidos dessa tal pessoa (caso a ask não tenha sido anônima). você merece sim que o seu post ganhe um coraçãozinho. e você que fez o mesmo pedido em duas contas: melhore o seu comportamento ou, pelo menos, tente entender o dono do blog. caso esteja demorando a ser realizado, aguarde o seu pedido e entenda que temos uma vida fora daqui. esperar um pouco não te matará.

white people and non black POC: we have work to do. systematic racism is a worldwide problem and if you’re neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the opressor. if you don’t know much about the topic, take time and educate yourself but DON’T support in silence. SUPPORT IN SILENCE IS NOT SUPPORT AT ALL. if you are unable to attend protests, remember that you are still able to use your voice. donate, sign petitions.
