Trying to keep it consistent. Lifted 130 lbs. on the barbells and 80lbs on dumbells doing 15-18 reps with different arm exercises and squat routines. Did this for about an hour and a half. Need to work on my form and technique on the barbell lifting #RBGfitclub

Not as fast as I used to be, back when #ballwaslife back in middle and high school. Now, i'm making an effort for a comeback to my roots, playin' the sport I actually truly love. #ballislife🏀 btw, loving the Kobe Venomenon 4s i got on.
