i spent a couple of hours last night going through this blog, and i can’t get over how lovely people were back in 2013 to me. people actually talked to me on here, sent asks, told me what videos gifs were from? it’s such a small thing but it’s so lovely to be heard and have people care enough to drop messages to you. i was 12/13 at the time and was so impressionable and to be honest 2013 was when i started becoming really sad and felt really alone and honestly i don’t really think anyone will read this and this doesn’t really make sense anyways but i would just like to say thank you. you really made 13 year old, and now 19 year old sharmin feel really happy. i miss when fandoms would have that whole community that just welcomed anyone and everyone. the youtuber fandom was probably the friendliest fandom i was ever in and i’m glad i was a part of something so lovely. i’m still a big fan of dan and phil and am so proud of everything they’ve achieved. (like holy shit, i was celebrating them getting 1m subscribers!?!?! i’ve really grown up with them) and there are literally still 8.5k people that follow this, active or not i think that’s pretty cool. i hope you all take care of yourselves, and i hope you’re all doing well, and if you’re reading this, feel free to drop by into my asks or messages or something and say hello or talk to me about anything that’s on your mind.
