Intertwined Save File | A New Life for the Cahyaputri Sisters
Lifelong live mode player, building in the Sims? Ugh.
I have chosen the families and households to transfer to my save file. My version of the Cahyaputri sisters was a must for the storyline. Zhafira is still in a relationship with Javier Nuñez and works as a lawyer. Her sister, Vanesha, now owns a swim club and charges an hourly fee.
With the lot 800 corruption glitch happening, expect posts for Intertwined to start with building a new save file. My goal is to build everything to make this story take shape.
Javier: Listen, I know working in the morgue made the most sense at the time. It's time for something better.
Arturo: What are you getting at, bro?
Javier: Picture this. Political office.
Arturo: You?
Javier: Yeah, me! We wouldn't have to worry about all the dumb red tape and rules if I had control.
Arturo: How do you plan to get there?
Javier: Easy. I found a job working at the casino, and I always chat up the big wigs. After I get this degree, they will let me slide into a position.
Arturo: hm.
Javier: Zhafira is going into law school. It's going to be hard, but this might be the next big thing for our family. We need an attorney we can trust.
Arturo: Speaking of Fira, I heard Pao finally got to meet her. She wasn't a big fan.
Javier: scoffs Pao isn't a fan of many things. I get it; she hates that Zhafira has a gossip blog, but it's anonymous, and she does a great job finding dirt on people.
Arturo: What kind of people?
Javier: Scum of the earth, really. People in Tomarang pay her a lot of money for her skills.
The second youngest in the family is also the princess of the Nuñez clan. Paola is a snob, but can you blame her? She grew up around the finer things in life and now won't accept any less. Poa's standards are high, and her spending is higher.
Pao has the goal of owning a business. A high fashion boutique that houses her handmade jewelry. Featuring only the finest of fabrics and hemlines. Her only struggle is figuring out the location of her future empire.
Not much is known about Aubrey's past. She ran away from home as a teen and still has a strained relationship with her mother because of it. She was a drifter who suddenly was living in a dingy apartment in the art district of San Myshuno. Early mornings before class she worked at a local cafe.
Arturo met her in high school, and everyone thought the lovebirds would get married one day. These sweethearts grew an incredible bond. For the first time in her life, Aubrey didn't feel judged for her home life and what kind of family she came from. Arturo didn't judge her for things she couldn't control about her past. Her only focus was to find better than what she had at home.
Better for Aubrey meant earning way more than she did as a barista. She started to sell drugs to her classmates. Making friends with dealers was easy for Aubrey. It made her feel like she would fit into the culture of the Nuñez Family. The only problem was she was wrong about the family values.
Once she gained a few regular clients, Aubrey became thirsty for more. One person stood in her way the dealer she was originally buying from. Her solution? Steal. That's right, Aubrey stole over $10,000 worth of products from a well-known dealer. Gossip spread quickly about what Aubrey had done and she had to move out of town to avoid getting caught. Those who knew about her relationship with Arturo started to assume this was a mess because of his family and not Aubrey's personal choices. The couple had been dating ever since they were teens. It was fair to assume dating a Nuñez for over 8 years would have opened the door to learning about their crimes. Except Nuñez business is on a need-to-know basis, and Aubrey never needed to know.
The eldest child of the family gets judged a lot for his appearance. Most assume he is some roughneck bruiser due to his build. In reality, Arturo prefers to work in the background for the family. If necessary he will handle things but rather use his words. Following in the footsteps of his mother, Arturo handles the more technical aspects of the family's needs. Tracking digital footprints, reconfiguring cameras, and hacking systems is his forte. Avoid asking Art too many questions about work, and all is well.
Arturo recently had to get back into his father's good graces. The crime? Dating someone who would risk the security of the family. Art had a high school sweetheart whom he once fantasized about marrying. His former love plays too big of a game of risk when it comes to her "dealings".
Bad romance has led to Art being careful in his dating life. It takes a special someone to handle the spontaneous lifestyle of being part of the family.
The matriarch of the Nuñez family never knew what to expect when joining the life of crime. Yasmin met Alexis over 20 years ago, and her primary rule was never to bring business home. What Alexis says goes, and Yasmin has veto power. Yasmin is a highly skilled programmer who has saved their husband's behind more times than she can count.
Yasmin comes from a large family, and due to their choices, they have a strained relationship with one of their siblings. Seen and not heard unless you're talking about the rumor mill. When Alexis first arrived in Oasis Springs gossip spread that he beat up former lovers of Yasmin to "prove a point". News reporters have asked questions but never get a concrete answer. "Prominent Family Donates to Local Schools" will always be better press than "Violent Crime Family Leader Beats Local Citizens". Luckily for this family, no one has proof of the more damaging choices of Alexis. Yasmin loves Alexis even the good, bad, and ugly parts of him. Protecting this family at all costs will always be Yasmin's highest priority.
Loving father, husband, avid rock climber, charitable, and crime boss. Is it possible for one to be good and evil? Depends on who you ask. Alexis Nuñez started his life of crime as a teen in Selvadorada. How he managed to create a loyal following is a mystery. Alexis is extremely hands-on with his "work" but if he isn't available, his henchmen have no problem solving issues no questions asked. Rumors on the street are that Nuñez isn't his real last name and that he changed it after a sticky situation with a former associate. With money coming in from Selvadorada, Sulani, and Oasis Springs it isn't shocking how much power and control the Nuñez name carries.
Alexis is a diplomat who pours money back into his communities in return he controls what companies are allowed to do business in the area, for a percentage of course. The Nuñez Family controls the flow of the economy and prevents big businesses from taking too much from the local population. This "generous" nature makes the Nuñez Family adored by generations of locals and feared by new arrivals.
The Nuñez Family wants to be seen and not heard. You may see the Nuñez Family with expensive jewelry, but you won't hear how they acquired it. You may see the family signing contracts for new developments, but you won't know who the original business owners were. You can see the Nuñez Family home in a quiet neighborhood in Oasis Springs, but you won't hear any corrupt dealings. Big A prefers it that way.
