We used to be the only ones out here but then a little bit ago some guys came over here sayin they were staying about a mile up the shore and they was just out on a walk lookin round and they found us. We thought maybe they was just gonna be there for a little while but then about a few pigs ago, i think it was Gina’s week, we woke up real early in the morning, it was still dark out, and we heard some real loud buzzin sound we never heard out here before. Lorena said it was probably them guys. I know I was scared and I think Lorena was too but she aint show it. Just got real alpha type ya know, went and got a knife put it right under our bed. I did feel safer knowin that she had that knife right there. But I got real sad thinking about her having to use it. I aint never liked violence. It aint the blood or the skin or the bone. It just knowin that a person feeling that pain. Usually for something stupid too.
