Unpopular opinion but do you think inuyasha fans would be down for a more fleshed out spin off series of Midoriko, Kikyo and the shikon jewel instead of what is being put into production now? And I mean focusing on these two characters without the necessity of complicated romance and filler but actually focusing on their experiences and lives before and after becoming protectors of the shikon jewel.

I would really love that too.

I just said the other day I was going to do a video on the Man that loved Midoriko because most people don't know he's the demon inside the jewel with a face in the Final Act.

Time has passed since Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru’s story, now the brothers’ daughters open the door on a new legend.

It is several decades since the main events in Kaede’s village. Everyone is living quietly since being separated in the battle with the butterfly (Kochou). Also living there are Inuyasha and Kagome’s daughter Moroha, who was taken in by Rin, and Setsuna who was taken in by Kohaku after the battle. The two of them now begin their battle to stop the ambitions of Ryuumagatsuki (Ryuukagetsu?  I have no idea how to read 竜禍月, it’s a made-up word and there’s no furigana on it), a mortal foe of Sesshoumaru whom he risked his life fighting. However, Sesshoumaru actually had one other daughter.

Hokay, so everyone got separated by an angry butterfly, Sesshoumaru is not necessarily dead but possibly not on the up-and-up, and Moroha’s profile on the website says she’s been living alone but this seems to say she’s being raised by Rin.  I don’t know what the source for this image is, though.

Anyway I’m playing Nioh 2 and made Kikyo and she looks so good. It’s legit inspiring me to write for inukik. I have this idea that Kikyo was resurrected by Inuyasha but as a result it cost Inuyasha his life and part of his soul was fused with Kikyo which allows her to transform into a half demon. She wanders throughout Japan for centuries, not knowing how she was brought back, her heart and mind unable to let go over her love for Inuyasha. Beyond all logic she keeps hoping to find him one day, all the while unaware that he was the one that brought her back to life, losing his own life for her in return.

Rumiko rly took InuKik away from me to do InuKag and when I finally came around to it years later she decides that InuKag’s child should be homeless and alone with no knowledge of her parents.

I lost InuKik for this???????
