Ooh, you'd watch me burn down in flames

You're scared of change and you need to heal.
Let me guess you have tons of excuses of why you can't shift then you finally stop procrastinating, you lay down and you do all the steps, you do not relax into the sheets. In fact you have all your trauma and stress on your mind.
The conversation you had today replays in your head, you are hypervigilant that something bad is about to happen, you still have to study for that test. You are supposed to let go remember?
Or you're scared, scared of the major change that your Dr is going to bring. You are going to have an actual healthy relationship for the first time, with great friends and happilt married parents. (Unless you have that scripted out but you get my point) Heads up! You have probably grown up believing you have to work for everything, you deserve pain and a 'it will all work out in the end' mindset.
Now suddenly you are shifting to a reality where everything is better, but the thing is. You find comfort in pain and misery. People who have trauma are more likely to hate sudden change/ stepping out of your comfort zone.
So when you use loa, manifest or try to shift. You don't believe in yourself or trust yourself at all then complain that nothing is working. You don't trust yourself!! You find comfort in your current state and that is why you 'can't' shift.
How do you fix this?
I know you are hoping for a quick answer, but it's not. You need to relax, let go! How can you do that if you aren't healed and you are afraid of the unknown?
Now don't get me wrong. You can shift with any doubt , thought , whatever situation, but you need to step out of your comfort zone and allow yourself to be scared. Stop closing your eyes and thinking something awful is happening.
Thank you for reading my rant 💗 You got this! Don't let your past hold you back.
Ps: I haven't had any updates about shifting and Tumblr has been the last thing on my mind with school💔. (Also ignore any spelling errors, I am too lazy to proofread)
