I’ve been thinking about Hope the Rainbow Husky by Vtech after I saw a picture of it when looking at Furreal Friends stuff and it looks so pretty. 🥺

The one in the first pic is a prototype, and the dog in the second pic could also be one.

The second pic looks interesting since its fur is mostly pink with a bit of blue. It’s being used as a stock photo on websites that are selling the toy, though the toy isn’t being sold in this color scheme by the sellers. I’d be surprised if it was exclusive to a certain country or something. If I find more pics of this one, I’ll share them!

Pokemon Toys with Furby Tech

I was viewing the Furby website on the Wayback Machine and the news section on there mentions that Interactive Pikachu and Interactive Meowth were shown at the International Toy Fair in 2000. Does anyone have any photos of them or know if they were released? The photos from the link in the article don’t seem to have been archived. Here’s the source for this info.

I could be wrong here since I’m not a Pokemon fan, but I don’t think they were released as I could hardly find anymore info on them and I didn’t find any photos of them though there could be footage of them somewhere. Here’s a little more info on them from kidscreen.com (at least I think it’s the same toy being referred to?).

Came across this picture of a Japanese Robi bootleg which looks interesting. It’s supposed to be an educational toy and has been sold by ATR Manufacturing according to the image source.

I haven’t been able to identify it or find more info on it so far.
