21: Then there’s tongue

Erica couldn’t believe that she had forgotten Boyd.  Well not as much Boyd as her relationship with him.  They had begun as friends, and then somewhere along the way, they’d become more.  She had fallen for his kind heart, dark past, and sweet smile.  How she could have forgotten that, she had no idea.  Then again, she’d clearly forgotten a lot since dying and being brought back from the dead.  Yeah, there was a lot she still needed to figure out, but all that mattered now was that she remembered how much Boyd meant to her, and she wasn’t going to waste any more time.

"Boyd?" she called out when she got to Derek’s loft, knowing he and Isaac were out, leaving them alone.  "Boyd!" she yelled once more.  When he appeared around a corner, a smile broke out on her face and she rushed to him, throwing her arms around him before pressing her lips to his in a deep, meaningful kiss.  She could sense his confusion, so she pulled away and rested her forehead against his.  "I remember," she whispered, her heart skipping a beat when he smiled up at her before pressing his lips to hers.  She melted into the kiss, her hand holding the back of his head before her tongue ran along his bottom lip.  His mouth soon opened and she brushed her tongue along his, a soft moan escaping her.  God, she’d missed this.  She’d missed him.
