my biggest word of advice to anyone scared to post their work/ocs/involve themselves in creative spaces online is to earnestly get interested in other people. be kind to others, like/reblog their work, tell them what you like about their work, get to know them as people.

this isn’t to “weasel” your way into anything or having ulterior motives or whatever. if you become friends with someone then that’s great! but there’s always something very personal about posting any kind of creative work. we’re all trying our best to connect with each other and the best way to get comfortable is to get to know others and show up as yourself. 🫶🏾

Felt like re-doing my love bug Narrator because he was BORRRINNNGG

Okay so this isn't the idea I first had in mind for my love bug Narrator but I like this concept more.

Basically, the spider (aka the love bug) is "Lovie". Shes a bug who acts like a scene teenager. She has a very cutesy personality, but doesn't know how morbid she actually is.

To her, shes doing the person a "favor" by taking over their body and giving them a "T0T3S AD0R4BL3 P1NK M4K0V3RRR!! Plussss my G0RG30USS personality!!1!11"

Lovie also thinks of the Narrator as a old boring "Unc"

Of course in reality, shes a giant terrifying spider. Who will carve a hole into your face and say "It's fr33 re3l 3st4t3!! Lmaoo XD". Narrator fucking hates her and it's terrifying to him something can infect him so easily
