Evidently McCoy was NOT seeing the similarities like Trip was. The truth was---Bones and technology did not mesh well. He didn’t trust transporters so he took shuttles when he could even if he was afraid of flying. He felt claustrophobic in the turbo lift and thought for sure one day it would just fall when he was in one. He spent more time smacking the sides of his PADD to get it to work than he spent actually using the damn thing. The doctor rose his brow and held up his hands for emphasis. “I’m gonna to say this one time---Technology---Hates me. I know I’ve got t’steadiest hands on the ship--” He said, waggling his fingers in front of him. “--but are y’sure you want my help?”
